About the T.F.E.A.)
Aim:
The aim of the T.F.E.A. is to create many regional trade agreements, alliances, and allow the world and it's nations to develop and prosper peacefully. With a systematized internal government, which offers political seats to everyone, and revolutionary communications systems, we hope for the best.
Charter:
Article One:
Member nations must abide by rules set forth in the alliance charter. All mis-abiding nations must suffer penalties, including ejection, and removal of political seat.
Article Two:
All member nations must be active on the forum* every 10 days, unless the specified nation is on vacation, or has a reasonable excuse to set forth to the government of the alliance.
Article Three:
The Economy of any nation within the alliance, and/or applying for the alliance with a population above 200 thousand must have a reasonable economy, which will be judged by the government of the alliance.
Article Four:
Member nations are required to have the Civil freedoms of average or above. All nations below 200 thousand are expected to have above Low.
Article Five:
All nations that do not meet Economy and Civil Freedoms standards will be taken to trial by the government of the alliance.
Article Six:
The government of the alliance, specifically the Inspection branch, is required to inspect and report on all member nations once a month.
Article Seven:
All member nations are entitled to voting who is in the government.
Article Eight:
Changes to the Charter can only be made with approval from the majority of the alliance and delegation, see the bill making section of this article for more.
Article Nine:
Foreign aid is sent to any member of the alliance who asks for it. The only person who can change, or bend this law is the Secretary of War.

Bill Making
To make a inter-alliance bill, the government MUST follow these steps
1. Bill is sent in
2. Inspectors check it, approve it, or apply for veto.
3. Sent to Secretarial Branch, check it, or apply for veto.
4. Sent to Chief Law-Maker, checks it, or applies for veto.
5: Sent to Delegation, checks it, or applies for veto.
3 Applies for Veto = 1 veto point
5 Veto Points = VETO
2 Checks = 1 Check Point
7 Points = Check
when the count is even, Delegate makes an ultimate decision, check or veto.

"TFEA Votes" then list the position.
Then people make votes, yes... or no.....
