MEMO: All Governments of Concern

I have dropped two nuclear bombs each on Fahadia and Crapooza for fear that a Holy War will erupt. These bombs were aimed directly at the government capital to curb civilian loss. Leaflets were dropped into the civilian side of town, and we estimate that 2.5 million people evacuated. As far as my intelligence has gathered, the government of Fahadia has collapsed. However, it seems Crapooza's intelligence agency is still intact as it managed to drop a nuclear bomb onto Colstream. My further plans are to send a force of 500,000 troops and 300,000 licensed Hired Marines into both regions to witness the devastation and collect data and intelligence. The nuclear bombs were a last resort, but were necessary to prevent all out Holy War.

It has come to the attention of the Talentay government that there was a nuclear attack on two other nations. We are sending a task force to help the citizens. If any of our force is fired upon we will wage war upon the nation that attacked us! furthere more, I am sure that our allies will help us if a war were to result from this! Rest assured it is not our intention to make enemies here, we are simply helping the innocent citizens.

These actions involving nuclear weapons are reckless and unforgiving. In your attempts to ''prevent a holy war'' you have begun a new war. A war fought by governments that will only end in mass civilian deaths. A war fought by future generations that had noting to due with the incident but will still suffer from the harmful radiation. We urge both sides to stop the use of nuclear weapons. Though it may be a lot to ask, we also suggest joining the Nuclear Disarmament League.

OOC- Um, not really, considering calculators are unofficial, the 5% rule is a general guideline, and the two nations *seem* to be going along with what he is doing.

In light of the nuclear bombing on our capital city, Cavencer, we have issuwed a declaration of war on Telos- Peragua. KNow that we have a super weapon that is ready to be dployed unless you immediatly resolve to end the bombings, and end our rulings. And also, we have not dropped a nucelar bomb on Colstream. We consider them one of our allies!!

OOC: Even looking past the part wherein your economy couldn't possibly sustain a nuclear program, your defense budget is $0.00, and the implausibility of just waltzing in with nuclear weapons... you're dropping ostensibly high-yield nukes on a nation nearly 75 times larger than you. A nation that has a defense budget, I might add. It's suicidal.

IC: As the reports of nuclear bombings flooded into HFIS, the powers-that-be mobilized naval forces, equipped with AEGIS, to enforce a trade embargo on Telos-Peragus, a temporary measure until it could be determined whether or not the attacks were justified.
