To Whom It May Concern:

Telos-Peragus is in civil unrest. The poorer citizens have rebelled, and the streets are torched. The government has moved from Fides to an un-disclosed location. The government is relatively new, and has never experienced such before. My intelligence officers have gathered that this uprising was in fact a coup, staged by another nation, unknown to our operations. We plead for help from other nations to some how transition from this state. Help our sanctuary, once peaceful, before someone get hands on the nuclear weapons in Fides!

Thank you,

State Department Communication
The Holy Reich of The Peoples Freedom is willing to send a small peacekeeping force to your nation to help quell the unrest. The force will consist of five thousand Marines initially, but we would be willing to send more depending on how bad the situation gets. These Marines can be flown in if a friendly airfield is open: if not they will proceed via ship to the combat zone but they may take several weeks to arrive.

Thank you, I will have the Air Force clear the airport east of Fides for your arrival. Tactical plans are as follows:

If you don't find it convenient to invade, you may also carry out air strikes.

Official Reply From the Court of the Grand Khan

News has reached our ears of this plight in your country and rest assured the Allied States of United Khanates will aid you in regaining control in your nation and quelling the uprising amongst your populace. Being your nation's population is only 5 million and your poor would have to number somewhere around a million or so to successfully drive out your government we will only be deploying 500 of our SCEF (Special Combat Elite Forces) into your nation to first assess the situation and try their best to recover your nation. If they cannot do so alone along with other nations we will deploy more combat troops as well as vehicles to end the civil war in your country.

We hope our plan is suitable and appreciated. If not, we can be convinced to rethink parts of it.

Strength and Honor,
Grand Khan Oyunimo

To Nations of Concern to the Current Situation in Telos/Peragus:

Thank you for expressing concern. I have ordered the opening of all ports and airports by our small army, who should be able to beat through to south Fides into the communications citadel. Please do not fire unless directly attacked.

Thank you,

The deal had been made the poor would attack then the Imperial Republic of Greston would intervien and help the poor citizens gain control. A meeting would have to be set up so that the leader of the rebelion could speak with John Batther.

To Rebel Leader,

We of the public of Greston wish to aid you in your fight. But to help we would like to make a deal. We will help you fight and come to power, but, if you win you will become part of our nation. You will become rich and powerful and well known if you do. If you agree, we will at first send weapons. Then we will send soldiers and blame the other nations aiding the government of genocide of the civilians.

Official Message from the Avisronian Department of State

That's what should be expected when a government fails to uphold its basic duties to the people which allow it to remain in power. It comes as no surprise that the oppressed people within your borders wish for a greater quality of life than they are currently able to achieve.

OOC: I dunno where your nation is located so I'm just going to assume I have force nearby.
Near Telos-Peragus Airspace
There were several dozen warplanes approaching Telos-Peragusian airspace, their job was to secure the airport for landing of the MEU unit, and to set up a base of operations there as well as secure it for any further arrivals. A full five thousand combat Marines were being deployed in theatre, they would arrive in multiple waves, and their heavy equipment such as tanks, trucks, and artillery would be arriving lastly.

Two Audax squadrons were flying with the formation, there were twenty-four of them, two of them accelerated and fly low across the airfield, looking for any signs of hostiles. There were none, but the airport was practically deserted. Four Bovis VTOL transports landed and dispatched the first couple hundred Marines, they moved to secure the perimeter of the airport, while the heavy transports landed and began to unload more Marines, supplies, and Crisis armored cars. Six Bovis gunships patrolled the perimeter of the airport.

OOC: Sorry for the short post, have to go.

To Opposing Nations of the Current Government in Power:
Telos is made up of two factions: Natives and immigrants - All of the citizens in Fides are the latter. When you apply for citizenship for Telos, it is clearly noted that this is a business upper class country, and that this is not entrepreneur's paradise. The poorer citizens of the city are mostly exiles and former criminals, who have lived great lives until whatever led to their exile. I recently denied an act to grant them a second chance, upon fear of the many business HQs around the city. They, in turn, rebelled. This is partly our fault, yes, but not wholly as you imply.

To the nation of Greston:
Under no circumstances will you take Northeast Telos, the poor district. If you
so much as try to occupy my city, I will firebomb you without a hiccup. I am willing to risk some buildings to get rid of your measly armies.

Thank you,

The Wesmerican government is truly surprised and worried by the civil unrest occuring in Telos-Peragus. According to our military intelligence, the revolutionary citizens are actually fervent supporters of a radical communist terrorist group known as the Sons of Lenin. The relocated Telos-Peragusian government must take immediate action in order to quell the uprising.

The Wesmerican governent seeks permission to provide the Telos Peragus government with much needed supplies in order to weather out the brutal uprising.

Camp Freedom, Occupied Airport
By now, a dozen Albatross Superheavy Strategic air lifters had landed in Camp Freedom, which was the name of the TPFian base at the airport. These transports brought tons of supplies in addition to heavy artillery, a company of Panther tanks had also been deployed, Leapord IFV's, and they also brought logistical vehicles such as six ton trucks, Heavy Transport Mobility Vehicles, and armored bulldozers, and helicopters to name a few.

Colonel Robertson was commanding this force of Marines, and he knew he had his work cut out for him. They had gone in with very little overall intelligence and he didn't even know rough numbers or what kind of weapons they had. He had fortified the airport as well, but he wasn't sure how well the defenses would hold up against any determined attack. The immediate area seemed secure by recon flights of UAV's but Robertson wanted a bigger picture. He ordered 2nd company to mount up in Crisis Armored Cars and scout out the area, as well as talk to local citizens about conditions there and ask if the Marines could assist them by providing food and water or other items. Robertson also sent a message to the army asking what the Marines should do for assistance.

Swinging his right foot up, Captain Del moved his bulk into the seat of the CAC. Del was larger than most men serving, at nearly six feet and weighing a good 200 pounds, but he was well-liked by the men and a bit of a training fanatic. He was severely worried about the upcoming operation, there was no intelligence to be had. The only consul was that he had a squadron of Audax CAS aircraft to assist him, but ambushes in an urban enviorment weren't good at all. " All right, let's move out!" The convoy rolled ahead they had six Leopard armored transports to assist them, including two MGS variants. UAV's also scanned the side and front roads to make sure no ambushes were waiting for the convoy. If all went well, they could meet the local citizens and figure out what they needed.
