Summary of the Nation
The Federation of Grosdeutsche Rhineland is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, cynical population are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.
The large, corrupt government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Social Welfare receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.
Elections have been outlawed and the government is avowedly atheist. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Grosdeutsche Rhineland's national animal is the eagle, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the deutsche mark.

History of the Nation
The forming of the Greater Rhineland
In 2007, six million residents of the country Niederhausen-Hessen defected from the federal parliament government under the influence of a one, Von Rommel. Having defecting numerous soldiers and civilians, a small and short lived revolutionary war broke out between the Hessen military and the Von Rommel revolutionist. After several months of murderous combat and the draining of Hessen’s economy, a truce was instilled amongst the two parties. Von Rommel had won, in his mind, and by war‘s end he had seized large sums of military goods to supply any future efforts.. The Von Rommel faction had taken a part of the Hessen land and renamed it to The Federation of Grosdeutsche Rhineland, in translation, The Federation of a Greater German Rhineland. Within this settlement, the people began to construct housing, jobs, seizing whatever was left after the revolution. Other members of the revolution began a new army. It was then peace came about the new nation and the Fatherland. Economic trade and sales begin to boast. Both sides prospered. Between market and military sales, it seemed things finally got in order.
A New Region
In December of 2007, the Greater Rhineland officially cut all roots from its German heritage and proclaimed new heritage with the region of Hampshire.
