What are Private Security Contractors?

Private Security Contractors are people who help take over minor yet important roles from the Military in an active war zone. They are not to be contradicted as Mercenaries, but more like Convoy protectors. Their main job is to help deliver or protect cargo from point A to point B, being it in high or low profile, its up to the Company's choice.

What is Prochnya?

Prochnya is the poorest State in Kansiov, unlike the other States, Prochnya has a Muslim majority and the state has always been plagued with Civil Unrest and violence. Recently Rebels drive local security forces out and the Military was called in to clear up the mess. Even though the 5th Kansiovian-Prochnya War was over in less than 2 weeks, insurgency constantly haunts the state and the 60,000 Kansiovian troops are thinly stretched, thus, they call for the help of Private Security Contractors. The population of Prochnya is about 47.8 million people.

Top 3 Killers in Prochnya, watch out for these!

1) IED
The integrated explosive device can penetrate even the thickest armour. It is activated by tripwires ,cellphones or a button

2) Car Bomb
Car Bombs in Prochnya are usually suicidal, however, you could see Parked cars getting blown up when a convoy passes by.

3) RPG
The Rocket Propelled Grenade is easy to use. It is mainly used for ambushes, however it is quite inaccurate.

Basically sign up your Private Security Firm, you RP as a character in the Company, doing about your daily convoys, you can just make up a mission, however some important ones, I will give them for you, just to create some fun. :)

You can also Rp as the Rebels, Note that although the North of Prochnya, where most Kansiovian troops and other International troops are located at, The Other areas of Prochnya are pretty much roaming with Rebels, and Rebels are very active at night. In the Capital of Prochnya, other than the City Center, the other areas are more or less a warzone. Unlike being a Contractor, people who Rp as rebels can Rp several figures, and they can be killed in combat etc... I will try to keep Rebel RPers limited as I do not want too many of them, also I prefer more experienced players RPing them. Basicall your job is to Ambush Convoys, and maybe attack the Contractor's HQ. Note that Rebels are mainly ill-equipped with AK-47s and RPG-7s and badly trained.

Common Convoys Routes:

Glensbil (Capital) to Hecbeyl
This route is very dangerous, Hecbeyl is located at the southern end, the highway that leads to the Town is sprawling with rebels. Mainly transporting building materials and supplies.

Glensbil Airport To City Center
This route is quite dangerous, due to ambushes from Urban Areas. The missions are mainly transporting VIPs

Glensbil to Miyanski Military Base
Not very Dangerous, Strong Military Presence along the road. Mainly transporting Military supplies.

Glensbil to Grojuski Town
Very Dangerous, located in the western tip of the State, the road is always over watched with Rebels. Mainly transporting building materials and supplies.

Basically I will be RPing as the Kansiovian Military and Some Rebels, hope this RP would be a fun one...

Like most of Kahanistan's businesses, its security contractors had suffered heavily in the Doomani invasions, from destruction of infrastructure to displacement to many of their personnel becoming part of the numerous civilian casualties inflicted by the enemy. On top of that, most surviving companies were contracted by the government as supplement to local law enforcement in high-crime areas or as embassy security while the military got reorganised.

However, GuardCorp Security and Protection Service, Inc., one of Kahanistan's largest private security contractors, saw fit to spare 1,000 personnel - for a steep fee. They wanted $3,000 per day per guard, or three million dollars a day.

We are willing to apply for the contract of protecting convoys in the city of Prochnya, especially after the recent bombing attack that killed 26 Alfegosian citizens. As a result, we would dedicate to protecting convoys and flushing out rebel force:

600 armed operatives
40 Basalt-class IFVs
50 CLS-VSS Armoured lorries
1 Tradewind Patrol Airship

The operatives are armed primarily with TASERNET launchers and ZAP-equipped shotguns, for non-lethal kills. The APCs are modified with a watercannon in place of the machinegun again for non-lethal kills and for riot supression.
Meanwhile, the airship remains armed with lethal weaponry, yet is primarily allocated for tracking convoys and for detecting any explosive devices, suspicious vehicles and RPG nests. In case of a sudden attack, a missile can be fired from the small onboard bay onto any suicide bomb vehicles or onto RPG nests, with civilian casualties kept to the minimum.

All Accepted, and Yes and Kansiovian Army will support your contractors in need and we do not encourage jammers to be sued by contractors as thats more for the Military to do. We also suggest keeping Firepower as low as possible.

Prochnya Defense force, or the Local Police are equipped with Mil-Mi 24s to help. Furthermore the Kansiovian Military has much more firepower, including Su-47s and Ka-50. Note however they still need to support Kansiovian ground troops as well, so support from the Kansiovian Military would be quite limited.

The number you will be sending is completely your choice.

How much you are willing to pay determines how many will go. We usually operate on a per PMC/per month type deal. Tell us how many you need. We can provide upwards of 1,000 men if necessary.

Greetings to the Kansovian Government from the Republic of Ancient Terra. We maintain a large number of Private Security Firms in this nation, and the majority have extensive experience in convoy and VIP protection duties as a result of the Great Havenic Wars.

Several of these firms are interested in bidding for this contract, but they have requested some slight information clarification before submitting their bids. The most pressing issue is the ban on helicopter gunships. Although this is entirely understandable, is your government banning all rotary-wing transports, or merely those which can mount weapons?

Per Terran Law, Private Security Contractors are not allowed to maintain weapons aboard their helicopters. All interested parties are willing to submit to any inspections necessary to guarantee that their helicopters do not mount weapons. In this case, would you allow them to operate a small number of helicopters for convoy reconnaissance duties?

Furthermore, many companies operate Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, which are designed to defeat IEDs. Although they are hardly classified as tanks, they look somewhat threatening as a result of their heavy armor and thick windows. Terra's PSC's are requesting authorization to operate MRAPs in convoy protection duties.

The United Socialist States of Yanitaria is currently developing a mine protected vehicle, should you be interested. It will be highly resistant to IED's, unlike the common, underarmed Humvee.

The 750 that were contracted to the Kansiov Project were making final preparation before departure. They would be travelling by air in the SSS Private Boeing 747's to land in a safe area of Kansiov. First came the briefing:

"As you know the Prochyna area is the most dangerous zone in Kansiov, currently under the threat of rebels. The Kansiov government has sent a global message to all security firms so we're not going to be the only ones in the field. Play nice. They may be competition but out there they are our allies. When we get there we will set up base in a area allocated to us by the Kansiovian government and we will be under order of there government.

Our main job will be to protect convoy routes but now and again we will be called up for more dangerous missions. You all signed up for this and if you change your mind now go back to the noticeboard, cross your name off the list and sign up for a different assignment. SSS, lets move out."

With that the security force headed for the two jet black 747's that wait for them at their private airfield.
