The Formation of the World Orchestra
Message to the World
An orchestra is instrumental ensemble, usually fairly large with string, brass, woodwind sections, and possibly a percussion section as well. I am now proud to announce that I will be forming an orchestra, called the World Orchestra. I am in need of muscians to play in the orchestra though. I am hoping to have over 150 musicians to play in it. Once we are set up we will play, witha small cost, at any event. To apply you must have at least a small carreer or at least expierience in playing an instrument. Fill out the form attached to join.
Thank you,
Conductor of the World Orchestra Richard Barnibus

"World Orchestra"? Well, that's ambitious. What will its goals be? To play in every country in the world? To be made up of musicians from all countries? Where would its offices be (as putting them in any nation would automatically favour that nation)? What kind of music would it play?
Also, 150 players is a bit much as the largest orchestra I can think of off the top of my head (Stravinsky's Sacre) comes to a total of about 120 players total. As Sacre doesn't call for keyboard players and some scores may require additional string players, you could say 130 as a maximum. Remember, though, you have to pay these people and also pay for transportation and instrument storage, and that's in addition to paying symphony halls for rehearsal time, advertisement, and all those other incidental expenses I could tell you a lot more about if I associated more with orchestra managers.
OOC: I am asuming that post was OOC so I will answer in OOC. The goal is to have a large orchestra with citizens from all kinds of nations and just to play when hired or even for fun and stuff. For the fact that it is a "World" orchestra that is why there is a bigger number. However many people I can get in in total will the amount of people playing. When I get enough people we will make an IC headquaters where anyone can hire the orchestra and whatever songs the person hiring wants us to play is what they will play. Their offices will be held in Greston for that is the nation in which started it and which the conductor lives in. A place to practice and storage for the instruments has already been made specificly for this purpose. If any other nations wants they can offer to house the orchestra at other times. Since I am in the orchestra for my town I know a little bit about it but if you want you can just maybe have someone who will be meant for managing the orchestra. It would be fine with me, the more the merrier.
