Down from the Arctic, a ship parted the waters like an iceberg. A nuclear powered iceberg... which is indeed what it was, in simplest terms. Made from a variation of pykecrete, the ship's name was emblazoned on it's bow, midship and stern... MAM-01 MAMMOTH. A megacarrier, the ship was designed to serve as a mobile airbase, taking whole air wings to deep sea without the need of constant refuelings, or serving as a refueling station for other aircraft.
An impressive sight, the so called 'white elephant' of the fleet was sailing North , past the landmass of Gholgoth Minor, on a regular patrol. It would seem such a ship's cost of operation would be huge, but it had gone to sea a year before and had only gone into to port twice. Even in the steamy waters of the Mediterranean Sea did not harm the ship as it passed through them to the Indian Ocean on it's circumnavigation of the globe. It's hull had liquid nitrogen pumped through in a grid system, ensuring that the super-strong, hard to melt ice was nearly invulnerable to the warmth behind it's protective metal outer hull.
At the moment though, it was in much cooler waters, cruising Jericho. Soon, though, the ship came to a halt between Gholgoth Major and Minor. Half a dozen anchors were cast into the sea, to hold the beast of a ship in place, more or less. Thrusters in it's hull would allow it to rotate, somewhat.
A single message was sent from it, to all nations of Gholgoth.
Nations of Gholgoth, I am Fleet Admiral John Chapman, commanding CSS Mammoth. I would like to cordially invite your representatives to meet here, so that Gholgoth Minor can see a more varied face of Gholgoth than just three nations. I have been asked by General Pace to specifically request the presence of someone from Automagfreek or Pantera at this meeting. Someone with some sort of public persona. In addition, we are expecting all the nations of Gholgoth Minor to attend in some manner or another. Should you be unable to attend in person... we have a command and control suite that can allow real-time transmissions on several video screens. While in person would be best, we do understand that some leaders may not be able to attend personally, but wish to speak personally.

The ship merely sat there, a few fighters lazily circling in a large patrol route overhead. The deck had been cleared, for the most part, though the airfield sized flightdeck was more than capable of taking on a half(or whole) dozen aircraft.
