It's 2062, the world as we know it today is a distant shadowy memory; things today are way different. Cyber Implant technology has made us harder, better, faster, and stronger than ever before; magic has returned to the world turing the human race into several dozen different distinctive types while keeping it all one species. The world's economies crumpled whena powerful virus ravaged all of the world's data technology and has once again been rebuilt. Massive Mega-Corperations build structures that cover several entire city blocks and rule over entire nations; those lands that are independant are often run by corperate freindly governments who do little moe than oppress those beneath them. The vast majority of the world's people are corperate wage slaves who devote thier whole lives to a single company and depend on them for everything they have. Those who aren't members of the corperations are rarely recognized as actualy people and most of them turn to lives of crime, in gangs, or as the elusive "Shadow Runners".

Personally, I want to create a world based off of this, each player would control a nation, a corperation, a crime syndacate, or whatever they wanted too. I'll post more details later, for now I'm just looking to see if anyone is interested.

Hmm...wouldn't mind being a corporation. A very aggressive one, perhaps, that focuses a lot on slave labour - works on an imperialistic agenda, swallowing up small companies to strengthen the work force. Specialises in utilities, with an efficient transport system over it's territory, and electricity to spare.

Aztechnologies (also known as the nation of Aztechland) would be for you probably. Right now however I don't have a sighn up form just yet, I'm just seeing if it would generate enough interest to be worth trying.

Might be interested in playing either as Tir Tairngire or Imperial Japan. I'd say Renraku, but the whole Deus disaster kinda ruined that for me... :D
