Keep in mind that he's also one of the most famous people in the GWO, too. Also, I must ask if it could be possible for him to be in his early 30's, as I created him before I even came to NS. He's being sent as an experiment on how someone who has killed over 100 people would interact with lesser mental illness patients. Obviously, he requires an armed guard unit.

Description: Michael Hatfield is a legendary psychopath. His DNA was collected for cloning, as the military wants killers that will never hesitate or bring up guiltful emotions. He was born in the New York area a few years before the GWO put a claim at the location of his home. When the area was filled with people, he went on a killing spree with an M-14. He killed the entire civilian populace within walking distance, and when the civilians were all gone, he went after the CCU itself. He killed a total of 35 officers without being caught, even when he carved, hung, dismembered, branded, tortured, or painted with the blood of dead CCU Officers. When they located him on his way to kill another person, they ambushed him with the CCU, Continential Divisionary Police, Federal Guard, and GWO Army. He killed five Army infantrymen during the ambush before being hit with a tranquilizer. At the Cloning facility, he pretended that the sedative one of the scientists injected was taking it's effect. He was naturally immune to such sedatives, and he sprung on the scientist sent to collect his DNA. He ripped the syringe from the scientist, plunged it into his eye, took the MI-P57 pistol from the corpse and killed the two Marines present. He rampaged through the facility, killing 40 non combat staff and 13 Security Marines. He was retrieved by an Army Special Forces team.

Right now, my character is trying to avoid being noticed so, If he saw your character first, He would try to hide in one of the adjacent rooms. I think it would be more interesting if your character catches mine red handed when he is about to steal a doctor's coat off a coat rack...
