Message to all Nations
Grand Khan Oyunimo has declared a "Reaching Out" program. Established in order to improve affairs with foreign nations in hopes that they may one day become loyal, strong allies. The decree states that foreign ambassadors are permitted to construct their embassies on territory surrounding the capital of Ulan Bator. Workers will be provided to construct them however their home nation must provide the resources. Ambassadors and employees at their respective embassies will not be taxed in all forms as stated by the Great Yasa.

The Grand Khan, however, will not permit the presence of military vehicles which include but are not limited to: combat helicopters, tanks, armed personnel carriers, and self-propelled artillery. Armed personnel may not carry LMG's or RPGs. Assault Rifles, Pistols, and SMG's may only be equipped with rubber bullets. Tear gas, smoke grenades, flash grenades, stun grenades, and other non-lethal grenades are permitted. Machine Gun emplacements are also forbidden.

Armed forces at the embassies will be provided with but are not forced to use: riot squad helmets, riot shields, tazers, gas masks, and batons. Each embassy will also be provided two water cannons. The Grand Khan intends to eventually build a foreign district around their respective embassy where foreigners will not have to abide by Mongolian laws while in their respective districts, only those of their homeland's.

The Grand Khan will also be conducting mandatory regular sweeps of your respective compounds. His representatives will take note of the condition of the embassy's grounds, the building's condition, sanitation, inventory of vehicles and weaponry, background checks on newly hired employees, and conduct in the workplace. Any failure to meet these and other requirements will result in a chance to meet these standards in 30 days or face immediate eviction.

The Grand Khan has reviewed the information you've submitted and accepted your nation's application. Ambassador Bob Profo and any accompanying guards will be picked up at Buyant Ukha airport by limousine and armed escort will deliver them to the luxurious Chinggis Khaan Hotel in the capital city where they will stay in the Presidential Suite and be treated as special guests. The Grand Khan will request an official meeting with Bob Profo at a designated date where they will discuss the details of your nation's embassy's construction. Any transportation to and from the hotel throughout the country will be provided by the Grand Khan.

After the details of the construction have been decided upon your ambassador is welcome to continue his stay at Chinggis Khaan Hotel until construction is completed or return back to your nation and wait to be called back. We are most honored to have as guests in our lands.

The Grand Khan apologizes for his late response to your request, as it was misplaced when being sorted out. He has carefully reviewed your nation's application and found it to be satisfactory. Paul Kovačević will be picked up in a black Mercedes at Chinggis Khaan Airport in the capital city of Ulan Bator along with an armed escort. Extra transport will be provided should he have a personal escort too large to fit in the Mercedes. He will then be taken to the lovely Narantuul Hotel in downton Ulan Bator where he will stay in the deluxe VIP suite, all expenses paid.

Greetings friend. The Grand Khan has carefully reviewed the application you have sent to us and accepted it. However, regarding your special request of having permission to modify the embassy with your own designs the Grand Khan had some trouble before finally passing this. Your nation will still receive its embassy and it may modify it with said particular designs. However we humbly request we be notified once these upgrades are complete so that we may send a survey team to inspect and review the upgrades to ensure they do not break any of the rules set on the embassies. Also, regarding the security system. You will provided with the finest security system available but your usage of it will be monitored to ensure it is not used for questionable methods.


Your ambassador, James Watson, and all those accompanying him will be picked up from Chinggis Khaan International Airport by armed escort in a Hummer Limousine. He will then be brought to the lovely Ulan Bator Hotel located in the capital city of Ulan Bator. He will stay there, all expenses paid, in a deluxe room (extra rooms will be provided for those accompanying him).

We will set up a meeting between Ambassador James Watson and the Grand Khan for a later date where they will discuss, in further detail, the construction of your nation's Embassy.

Greetings and salutations friend. After much thought and consideration the Grand Khan has accepted your nation's application for the construction of an embassy. He did, however, have one problem with your request to modify the base when desired. This is acceptable however the Grand Khan asks he be notified when said upgrades are complete so that he may send an offical survey team to make sure the upgrades do not break any of the rules set on the embassies.

Neo-Ixania's ambassador, Constantine Baranov, will be picked up from Buyant-Ukhaa airport in the capital city of Ulan Bator. He and whomever may be escorting him will be picked up in an Excalibur Limousine and driven to Chinggis Khaan Hotel, located in Ulan Bator. There he and those escorting him will stay in the Presidential Suite and be treated a special guests, all expenses paid. Regarding accommodations for the ambassador's family they may arrive with him and stay in Chinggis Khaan Hotel also in a Presidential Suite or we will discuss the construction of a house for them in Neo-Ixania's district which will surround the embassy.

We will also arrange, for a later date, a meeting between Constantine Baranov and the Grand Khan to discuss your special requests as well as details on the consutrction. We look forward to meeting you soon.

While it is of interest to exchange embassies with your fair nation, we find your terms to be objectionable. For any inspector to violate the sovereign soil established by an exchange of embassies violates international norms. To suggest that our or any embassy not be kept in proper sanitary condition offends the sensibilities of any civilized person. Security within an embassy is provided by its home country. To suggest that an embassy will be a site for the launching of attacks on the nation which is hosting it is preposterous. Thus background checks of embassy employees is an entirely unreasonable demand. If you would welcome us as guests, do so, without need of checking the background of our staff or the quality of our grounds.

We understand your objections to our system regarding the upkeep, inspections, and surveying of foreign embassies. The opinions of outsiders are always taken into consideration. However, these are dark and dangerous times which our nation exists in. Time of nuclear warfare, terrorism, and betrayal in the name of lands and money. In order to protect our nation from said threats it is in our interest to seek allies through the Reaching Out program. However, as was said before betrayal is not uncommon amongst the nation's of today and our first line of defense against such an act would be these inspections and surveys of embassies to ensure they are not housing illegal arms, terrorists, assassins, and military vehicles that could be used to destroy our country from the inside out.

Keep in mind we are not saying any nation willing to improve diplomatic relations with us is worthy of some distrust. But one needs to be suspicious of everything these days.

The Constitutional Monarchy of Feljaf is welcome to voice its complaint before the Grand Khan himself, in which case perhaps we can come to an agreement and eventually construct your nation's embassy. However, until then all rules and regulations set by the Grand Khan will remain as they were.

Announcement to All Nations

The Grand Khan is very pleased with the amount of interest our neighboring nations have shown us. However, there is limited land available to build on. Because of this we can only offer two more nations an embassy and respective district before we must end the Reaching Out program and begin focusing our attentions on the great deal of construction ahead of us.
