By demand Emperor Xeroux has reformed boundary policies for the nation of Zhaolian.
Air Space
By decree Lord Xeroux has made Zhaolian's airspace restricted to any and or all commercial and military aircraft. This is an offical warning to other nations. Any and or all aircraft spotted in Zhaolian airspace regardless of the cargo and or purpose of their presence will be shot down immediately.
National Border
By decree Emperor Xeroux has commanded that a series of fences be established on Zhaolian's borders. Borders will be policed heavily by the Zhaolian military. Any foreign citizens or military units that come within 20 yards of the fence will be attacked.
Emperor Xeroux has also denied the establishment of foreign religions within his lands. Any attempts to do so will be met with quick and harsh punishment.
Foreign residents such as tourists or families seeking refugee will not be granted access into Zhaolian. All citizens of Zhaolian must have Zhaolian blood pumping through their veins.
Any attempt by foreign powers to repeal these laws will result in falling upon deaf ears of the Emperor.
