Billions watched at home and in the capital of New Uppsala today to witness the fall of the corrupt Tribune that divided our land into petty corrupt republics, and witness the rise of our greatest champion - Emperor Tiber Valias - Asavir.

The coronation of the Emperor brought about the end of the civil war that shut down the entire region and presented violent unrest between the Northern Confederacy and their enemies in the N.A.F.R.A organization, a war which threatened to tear Nordland apart and leave her exposed to her enemies.

“We have lived for centuries divided by politics and corrupt self serving factions, factions - not the people!? Today we begin a new era which will see men, women, and their sons and daughters standing with arms raised in strength!” - Tiber Asavir

The Emperor has already announced his plans for economic and social reform through out the realm. Immediately after his coronation he passed the rule to outlaw special interest groups paying off administers in his council, completely cutting off the NSSC which many feared would expand beyond the Emperor’s home state and tighten it’s hold across the country. Ties with the outside world have since been reestablished and the Emperor assures an embassy program to be established within the week. Immediately afterward he issued this statement to the international world.

“Men and women across the globe who suffer from religious persecution, know that you are welcome on our shores. Nordland presents spiritual liberties and expressive rights to all those seeking sanctuary from governments who oppress them for their basic fundamental right to believe. Pagan people across the globe should know that they are citizens here” - Tiber Asavir

The Emperor plans to write a constitution with his inner council within a few days. Critics expect major progressive economic changes. As of yet there have been no outbreaks of unrest or rebellion, and the Emperor expects a smooth transition of peace during the Yule festivities. The bulk of the Northern Confederacy’s navy and regular army remains on guard however; to insure the safety and security of all our people during this holiday season.

The Emperor announced this evening from the Heartland’s capital the framework of the current government and declared the fate of the states which had formerly made the bulk of the corrupt government which came before the Dawn. The territories of Falgoust, Lorkhan, and Dasfurer will remain intact as the core provinces of the Midgardi Imperium. He announced today the establishment of the Imperial Fellowship; an branch of the Empire which will serve as our means of political and social discourse. The Fellowship he promises will reach from the smallest town to the largest city so that the voice of the Imperium shall be heard by our benevolent champion. To assure this, Emperor Asavir has chosen three of the most honored men to serve as his council; the Imperial Fellowhands.

Honorable Lord Aloph Hinderson; Imperial Fellowhand of Falgoust
Honorable Lord Claus Finjur; Imperial Fellowhand of Lorkhan

These three choices are an absolute contrast to some of the closer associates to the Emperor that many swore he would select and reward for their loyalty to him, but all three men are well known for their intolerance for corruption in politics and their adherence to the great vision laid down by the Oath. Together these three will head provincial meetings to insure that democracy is not compromised by the existence of the Empire.

Meanwhile the Emperor has withheld much commentary on a newly founded military to replace the divided forces of the old Tribune. He assures the people that the government is working on establishing a competent replacement with many of his closest aids. He was certain to mention however, that the freedom to bare firearms has not been revoked, and he encourages the foundation of civil defense and private arms. The Northern Confederacy remains our unofficial standing force through the transition.

Most importantly, the Emperor has proposed a location for future embassies, and wishes to discuss trade agreements with the international community shortly.
