...Three AirWings, which are comprised of eight squadrons per AirWing (12 aircraft per squadron) of Rattlesnake, Mamba, and Cottonmouth fighter-jets are to be included along with one squadron of AirWolf/Comanche HCGSs and one squadron of B-3 Python Bombers.

...According to official Palace spokespeople, this would be Phase One of three phases of deployment to lands in and around ViZion-held nations. I have watched this Xeraphic Empire time and again exercise their self-imposed "right of expansion" tactics on trusting and guiless nations. It is hard to imagine a nation like Vizion being taken in by such blatant imperialistic methods such as "aiding a friendly nation by the dispersion of military troops". This is but one of Xeraphic plots, used over and over to expand their empire.

The Borderlands of Ausculta condemn and denounce the imperialistic pigs of Xeraph for their deception.

We shall take steps to render punishment for these actions.

We respectfully - and highly suggest - that you cease involvement in this situation for your nation, and your allies, sake.

We also wish to thank the nations of Tarlag and Vetalia for their assistance in working together with ViZion and her allies on this. With that assistance combined with the efforts of ViZion and Xeraph, it will greatly benefit us and the African countries as a whole. Similar actions are being undertaken by allies in our American claims, as well, with the CSS and potentially other allies.

Metagaming is the use of Out-of-Character (OOC) statements to define In-Character (IC) actions. A common example is changing one's IC strategy to meet something an opposing player revealed OOCly. This is a common problem, so all players must balance the need for surprise in order to produce 'real' responses to the need for OOC interaction to ensure play continues smoothly.

OOC: I'm sorry but I completely agree with this statement, how suddenly because Allanea heard something on IRC that half a dozen people start sending reinforcements. This is entirely metagaming from OOC knowledge.

OOC: Although I am partially aware of someone saying something on An IRC, my deployment has to do with:

1...Agreements w/ViZ after the debacle in Italy, etc

2...MY knowledge of certain relatively new nations having a hard-on for Xeraph and GAPTS. These nations are reincarnations of those who fought us/GAPTS in the past and this time I'm not going to play nice.

So whatever it is that whoever supposedly has cooked up for an alleged 'mega-war', I'll just keep my wait-and-see attitude in the forefront until events should prove otherwise.

OOC: Please note that this did not stem from what I heard about certain IRC chats - although after joining CSS and making plans for a buildup in ViZion of allied forces, I did hear about what's going on in IRC. But regarding the IRC 'issues' I have heard - and from more than just one source whom will not be named - that the things on IRC are related to OOC reasons for wanting to attack me, and if so, those attacks WILL be ignored. Because, as everyone should know, OOC and IC do not mix.

Oh, and thank you for confirming what I have heard from others, as I am not on IRC.

Whereas..... say.... the formation of APOC was completely based on IC actions and the players in question had little or no OOC contact previous to or around the time of the creation of the alliance. And the Praetonian rebuilding of Clandonia Prime had nothing at all to do with the fact that Clandonia Prime was #draftroom's newest regular. And the NEA conflict, where again, the nations that became involved on one side just happened to show up despite having extremely flimsy IC justification at best.

Technically, by claiming it to be metagaming, you're showing your own hand: you (by you I refer to certain nameless individuals, but still) did in fact intend to invade ViZion, for reasons that amount to "I don't like him"; with an IC justification little more substantial than "We think they might have weapons of mass destruction, and maybe they're connected to Al Qaeda... just maybe."; it would end in retcons and ignores due to mutual OOC sentiment; #d would have a little chuckle about "epic lulz" and jeer at individual sentences posted by one or another of their enemies, and go back to its daily agenda of bashing everybody with a join date later than the average of its members. I've seen it often enough.

OOC: And I'd agree with that. Which, considering what I've heard, and you helping to prove so, why I would have ignored their attacks - IC and OOC do not mix. Granted, part of this mobilization in ViZion WAS due in part to this before I heard anything about it being based on OOC issues, it would also benefit the CSS, the alliance Allanea formed and I'm part of, in its future plans.

I will agree, though, that with this partially being related to OOC stuff, this thread I will end here and now. However, as stated before, I will be ignoring the attacks that are based on OOCly not liking me - and, why you guys do not like me I do not know, aside from hearing the fact that there's some people who truly ARE pissed I'm in Africa while running a strong nation and strong economy, and an economy NOT based around military storefronts in which some feel should be the ONLY storefronts that should be run from what I've heard.

I'd also like to make this offer to those whom don't like me OOCly for whatever your reason: We shall no longer RP wars together. Why? Because of "I'm going to attack him because I don't like him." amounts to absolute CRAP.

So, I hope you shall agree to my offer of no longer RPing wars together, and hopefully we'll be able to actually become friends OOCly in the future - I have no problem with that, and infact HATE it when we don't get along over - well, nothing. I'm an easy going guy OOCly, I really don't RP or talk to you guys, and still am baffled as to why you "don't like" me.

This statement hereby entitles Asgarnian forces to similar privileges as the Xeraphians, namely access to Vetalian transportation infrastructure and right of passage through territorial waters. We hope this will ensure the easy deployment and supply of their forces in ViZonian territory and will continue to monitor the situation to see if additional changes are needed.
