The nation of Hofkauzern has completed the construction of a new assembly hall in the capital of Apokalypseburg. It is currently the largest building in the nation with seven square kilometers of assembly space. For several days, the building was used for military assemblies, but the National Assembly of Hofkauzern proposed for the new structure a new purpose. It was to become a meeting place for representatives of the working class from all countries in the world. The International Soviet was to be founded. Hofkauzern abolished its own laws upon the territory of the International Soviet Assembly Hall, creating a neutral region in which the only laws were those passed by the Soviet.
Purposes of the Organization
The International Soviet is not a military alliance, and neither is it a trade alliance. Its primary purpose is to advance the global cause of the working class by issuing edicts regulating conditions of workers. A secondary goal is advancing Communism in those nations not hostile toward it. (Hofkauzern itself is currently attempting to establish a transitional dictatorship of the proletariat.) The International Soviet is not a union of nations, but a union of the global working class.
Sending delegates to the Soviet
Any syndicate in any nation can send representatives to the Soviet. If your nation wishes to send representatives, please apply using the following format:

In the "Industry" fields, record any national industries with workers' unions sending representatives to the Soviet. In the "Representatives..." field, record the names of the workers representing that particular inustry in the Soviet. There is no limit to the amount of industries a nation may send representatives from. However, keep in mind that those industries employing more workers (ex. national industries) should send more representatives than minor industries employing less individuals.
