My fellow Holy Paradisians,

I know that it has been a while since you have heard Holy Paradise in the news. I know we have experienced no growth at all. It has been oddly silent.

This was a result of a decision our government had made. We would not get into any world situations, any wars, any disputes, or any agreements from that point on.

We were wrong.

By unanimous decision, the Holy Paradisian legislature agreed to end its policy of isolationism and enter the world stage.

We are open to new friendships, new alliances, and new trade. You are free to build embassies in our nation provided you request such.

That said, we are not an imperialistic nation, but we are not a quiet nation either. If, for some strange reason, you see it as fit to attack us without provokation, we shall not hold back any attack against you. Enemies, you have been warned.

Leaders of the world, Holy Paradise is back.

Glen: Hello, I'm Glen Becken. Although I am sad Bill O' Really has retired from the job, I am glad to be the new face of HPBC News, and will try to deliver news to you with fairness and honesty. However, there is more pressing matters.
Earlier today, President John Holtz announced that Holy Paradise will end its policy of isolationism and will re-enter the international scene. The president has stated that he welcomes new alliances and friendships. He also promises that Holy Paradise will continue its friendly relations with the nation of Mahgda. The announcement has met some criticism, but the majority of reactions have been approving of the announcement.

OOC: Although before my nation's deletion President Holtz was in his 60s and was married, he is now in his mid 20s and is single. I just want to see what happens with that.
