Provisions

Article 1: Both nations shall eliminate tariffs on all imports from the other member of this alliance within 15 months of this treaty's ratification.

Article 2: All custom checks cargos from both nations, with the exception of checks on safety, border crossing by criminals, and banned substances and cargos, shall be eliminated as soon as possible.

Article 3: Passport-Free entry for up to 4 calendar months for all citizens between the two nation shall not be denied, except in cases where the citizen in question presents a danger to himself or others.

Article 4: An annual economic aid package in the amount of 600 million dollars shall be granted by Vista Buena to Latislavia. The economic aid package shall continue annually until a treaty to suspend, amend, or terminate this article is signed and ratified by both nations.

Article 5: Both nations shall, upon the ratification of this treaty, make available a premise appropriate for an Embassy and Ambassador's Residence as soon as possible.

Article 6: Both nations shall work towards further cultural and educational ties after this treaty is ratified.

Article 7: Both nations Defence Establishments shall pave way for an annual military exercise between the two nations as soon as possible.

Article 8: Both nation's Defence Commands shall forge deeper ties and improve communication between each other.

Article 9: Both nations shall establish a military hotline between the executives of both nations, so as to promote better communication and mutual notifications in the event of an emergency.

Article 10: An attack on one nation in this alliance shall be considered as an attack on both nations within this alliance.

Here is my signature to ratify our treaty, I am glad to make alliances with you but to prevent future complications, I must tell you that we are also allied with Kirav. I tell you this so as to prevent complications such as the possible event of you and Kirav going to war, however unlikley that may be.

Our nation does not currently have any relations with the nation of Kirav, nor do we foresee any relations to be established at the present time. We shall consider, by convention, that a state of non-association exists between Kirav and our Democratic State.

The treaty was ratified by our State Parliament by acclamation.

I'm glad an agreement could be made, I was not sure if that would complicate the situation or not.
