President Tanner Kilo has officially announced that a new capital, to be dubbed ViZion City in memory of ViZion's capital lost during the civil war and ensuing Decade War with the Doomani and his fellow powers, is to be built on the western coast of ViZion (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=461487).

The new capital, which is now under construction, is expected to officially open as the nations capital in one year. Taking the designs of Vitalita, New ViZion City, the original ViZion City, among other of the worlds great cities, it is said that this city will boast a public transit system to rival the best in the world, while being able to cover vast amounts of space without having to much of an urban sprawl issue.

And while the layout and designs have yet to be released, it is said to be a magnificant city upon completion. We shall see how this goes.

At this time, there are no plans for foreign investment, as we have the costs lined up, and have an overflow account set aside for the inevitable setbacks and additional costs.
