The Allied States of Fallacious hereby states it's plan to phase out it's current line of Main Battle Tank.

Secretary of State for Defence Matthew Dabling had this to say: "It is with great sadness the State of Fallacious has to say goodbye to the ways of the former Federation and instead move forward into the modern generation. We ask all manufacturers to come forward and compete on the basis of fire power and price. The tank best suited to Fallacious' needs will then quickly find an install base among all divisions of the Fallacious Armored."

No specifications have been given on the design of the new tank, rather the State wishes to see the thoughts and opinions of modern designers to best come up with a solution.

The current budget for such a project currently stands at: F$11,855,340,000.

The project aims to see at least 500 new tanks produced by the end of the next year.

Therefore, it is with open arms we welcome all submissions in an attempt to find a new supplier of the Fallacious Main Battle Tank.

Dear Secretary Jacqui,

In response to your open letter requesting offers for a new main battle tank, I would like to put forward the Type 97 for evaluation. The Type 97 is the culmination of ten years of development, incorporating only the highest quality of both rugged and advanced technologies, and serves proudly in several nations' armed forces already. If necessary, I have been authorized to sign off on the production of a total of ten Type 97 tanks, for the purposes of evaluation by your military.
