Forgive me friends, for the burdens of the Ennuisian and Echoese situations have been greatly adding to my workload and I have been unable to call this vote by secure teleconference until now. As our friend Fuehrer Richtoff of Kampfers mentioned in his parting message, we now must decide on which among those he has nominated shall succeed to the formerly-Kampferian seat on the High Council of the United Federation of Allied Nations. Furthermore, we must also address the question of whether expanding the High Council by an additional seat is warranted, since growth as well as retrenchment may well be required in the near future.

The candidates are as listed in the voting attachment, and all ballots may be considered the sovereign opinion of those cast. Please choose only two options; the first regarding your choice of nation to inherit the former Kampferian seat on the High Council, and the second regarding the question of whether or not to add another seat to the High Council itself. If said seat is added, the second-highest polling nation will inherit that seat automatically so as not to unduly complicate matters with multiple pollings. Whatever the outcome, know that you all have my very dearest respect and esteem; and my wishes for luck in the future always.

To: Members of the United Federation of Allied Nations
From: Daniel G Pearce, President of the Free Dominion of Vetaka, Leader of the Vetakan Government that Co-founded the Federation.

Subject: The Vetakan Position on the Federation Today

Greetings Honourable Leaders of the United Federation,

I have largely remained silent and out of Federation Internal Affairs allowing the Secretary-General and my good friend Christine Friedrich to lead and administer the Federation for years now. I have only intervened in such internal affairs when they have threatened to destroy the Federation itself.

Such intervention was the British Londinium Membership Issue and from this day forward I intend to keep up this policy of staying out of the way and allowing the Federation to stand united together so that such an example can be portrayed to the world. However before the day is out I wish to get the message across that this Alliance is committed to Peace and the will of the Peaceful.

Further to this and to ensure the Federation can grow and develop It is my opinion that in order to do this we must replace the honourable Kampfers and increase the High Council as such the Vetakan Dominion votes for the nation of Damiez and to extend the High Council.
