The government of the Republic of Jeuna welcomes nations which wish to cultivate a positive relationship with the Republic to establish an embassy in Qiao. The establishment of consulates and consulate-generals within Jeuna is also hereby authorized.

The rules imposed on such establishments are as follows:
+ONE: That at no time will there be military vehicles on the premises, with the exception of light transport vehicles, such as Jeeps or Land Rovers, with the provision that none of these are armed with such weapons as a machine gun or grenade launcher, of any caliber. Small arms will be permitted within the property grounds. Such armaments may be carried by guards, but they must not exit the property of the embassy or consulate.
+TWO: That at all times, while embassies are to be considered part of the leasing nation's territory, all activities must be conducted in accordance with Jeunese law as it is applied to foreign visitors.

The Republic of Skibereen send greetings and good tidings to the Republic of Jeuna.
Expansion of diplomatic and trade relations with respectable upright nations such as the Republic of Jeuna is a current priority of the Ministry of Foreign and Economic Affairs of the Republic of Skibereen.
To that end, it is considered to most desirable to have a full exchange of diplomats with the Republic of Jeuna.

A small Diplomatic envoy will be dispatched, and accommodations are already being prepared for a Jeuna delegation.

Your Highness,

It would very much please me to allow your government an embassy in Jeuna, and any other consulates for Kampferan citizens traveling in Jeuna are equally as welcome in our cities. I should hope that this will be the beginning of a long and prosperous friendship.

Just looking at the recently available real estate in Qiao, there is a lovely bit of beachfront property for a reasonable—for its quality—price of two hundred seventy-five thousand or so United States dollars (16 Haiou North Road, in the Xiachuan district). I have visited it personally, and the view of the ocean is very unrestricted. Because of the geography of the location, the north veranda gives an excellent view of the Yijiao peaks as they rise up beyond the lower houses of eastern Qiao (please remind your ambassador to watch a sunrise over them sometime, although I doubt he will miss it when he wakes up: they are really quite spectacular). The two-story house there is in good condition, and is spacious enough to serve as an office. Of course, there will be tourists and Jeunese on the beach proper in front of it, but that is unavoidable.

I would also like to take you up on your offer of a Jeunese embassy in Kampfers, and I have pre-approved the concept, pending approval by President Banou.

If I may, I would like to suggest as your embassy grounds a "Sino" Queen Anne style two-story house between the residential and commercial areas of Qiao, currently going for around one hundred twenty-five thousand United States dollars. The address is 179 Xiangshu South Road, in the Shitou district. I have not been there myself to inspect the grounds, but I have it on good authority that the building is comfortable and not in need of repairs.
