The National Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Jeuna is the primary intelligence organization of the Jeunese government, dealing with foreign affairs. It is civilian in nature, and controlled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Occasionally, it participates in paramilitary operations at the command of the Premier. The NIA is roughly equivalent in function to the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) of the United Kingdom, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States.
