Tatom, a report

Now, it was months since the end of the 2nd Tatom civil war, the Democratics were stuck on Thaicher (60,000 square mile island off the coast of Tatom), while the Communists ruled Tatom. The communists proved they could rule Tatom peacefully, by tripling the GDP to 30 trillion. The Democratics managed build a navy to protect the island, which convinced the communists not to attack the island.

However, even though the economy improved, millions were still homeless, the Tatom communists still had to rebuild the country from scratch. The Tatom communists began to look overseas for help.

The Red Stars sent this note to the Communist Government of Tatom:

Greetings! We would like to ask if you could harbor us, because as fellow Communists, we are facing persecution at home. We have approx 2 fighter squadrons, and one bomber squadron, and a couple of diesel subs, and two infantry divisions, so we could just quietly merge into your army.

The Vetalian government is interested in discussing an economic cooperation agreement between our two countries as a means of accelerating development in Communist Tatom. In exchange for some economic concessions, we would be willing to provide a sizable amount of aid, low-interest loans, and cash grants to your country for use in economic and social development projects.
