You are all (except for the select few that I despise) cordially invited to supper in the capitol city of Theoroshia, New Russia. There, you can meet the Czar himself, comrade Eric Brant. You will be able to eat the most extravagant food in Theoroshia (chicken a la vodka avec le petai) and drink the best vodka that Jorhanas Vodka has to offer. Afterwards, there will be a brief meeting concerning terrorism and nuclear arms control.

Anyone interested should reply promptly, as the dinner is in a week. And don't feel obliged to dress up-the Czar won't. Treat this like an informal dinner with friends.

We would be happy to send one of our best diplomats to attend this dinner and meeting- Dr. Matthew Gray. He is an expert on nuclear diplomacy and has experience in dealing with terrorists. He will be attending with a bodyguard- this man will be armed with a tasergun and a thorough knowledge of martial arts. The Dr. and bodyguard will travel to New Russia via a civilian fitted Zeus class airship- is there a suitable mooring for it in the city? Preferably close to the dinner venue. Details can be given to our embassy.

The Grand Khan Oyunimo of the Allied States of United Khanates humbly accepts your invitation to your nation's capital of Theoroshia to meet with your most honorable Czar as well as partake in the feast offered and the follow up meeting concerning terrorism and nuclear arms.
The Grand Khan will be accompanied by his son and heir, Zhan'Thychu, as well as 5 bodyguards. As is traditional with meetings of foreign rulers he, his son, and escort will not be bringing any weaponry to this festivity but will be dressed in ancient Mongolian ceremonial battle armor padded by Dragon Skin body armor for protection. We hope this is acceptable attire.
The Grand Khan will also arrive by Mil Mi-24 helicopter at your designated location. He requests a limousine be there to drive him to and from the festival.

While it is against my best judgment to attend a dinner with the likes of socialists and other red devils, it is my belief that as new allies through the Mediterranican Union that at least some level of communication, trust, and most importantly peace exist between our two nations.

Therefore while it is almost regrettable, I shall be in attendance at this dinner provided protection be that of Imperial units and not that of domestic security forces.

Though we of course do not approve of your style of government out of hand we admire the ideals it set's forward, unity between brothers, and a common good.
