OCC: did this cause my civil thread died, so all land has came back to me.

Today the Calaverian civil war was ended as the followers of Kash had a meeting with all of the leaders of the factions, the Zealots killed the other factions leaders. Shortly afterword the other factions fell after combined SOL attacks and allied help. Prohpet Kash Montezuma has reunited the country under a Theocratic-Socialist state, the country is currently rebuilding after the civil war, which the countrys infrastructure was damaged 25%. Western Calaveras was used as a tool to bring the country back together, spys from the other factions also contributed to the reunion. Montezuma announced the country official name as The Sun Worshipping People of North Calaveras....

Greal construction workers and the remaining Greal troops in North Calaveras began rebuilding areas around the country. Helicopters transported engineers to places around the country, though not many construction workers can be spared since they also have to rebuilt Greal.

General Government of Vetalian Calaveras

Effective immediately, the city of Melnikova and its surrounding environs will be fully reopened to cross-border traffic with North Calaveras. The city's airports and seaports, along with land links via rail and highway, will all be open to any foreign aid organizations that require our infrastructure to meet their supply needs. In addition, tolls on aid vehicles as well as private Calaveran automobiles will be discontinued for the next five years in order to help revive cross-border trade between Melnikova and North Calaveras.

Lastly, the government of Melnikova has earmarked $50 billion over the next decade for reconstruction efforts in North Calaveras and for the creation of a permanent development fund to aid the country in its recovery. This money will be financed from surplus cash, deferred tax payments and assets seized during the civil war. We hope this will accelerate Calaveran recovery so that Melnikova can continue its prosperous partnership with its neighbor.

Meanwhile, the number of Greal troops in the country had fallen to 400,000, down from a record 1 million troops (including support personnel) months ago, most were pulled out because of the civil war in Greal. Greal trucks were everywhere, carrying construction workers.

Greal has donated 150 billion USD from its treasury to North Calaveras.
