"Five years ago, a man's fantasy became a reality in a form never seen before: Kitchen Stadium, a giant cooking arena. The motivation for spending his fortune to create Kitchen Stadium was to encounter new original cuisines which could be called true artistic creations. To realize his dream, he secretly started choosing the top chefs of various styles of cooking, and he named his men the Adamantine People of Cooking: the invincible men of culinary skills. Kitchen Stadium is the arena where Adamantine Chefs await the challenges of master chefs from around the world. Both the Adamantine Chef and challenger have one day to tackle the theme ingredient of the day. Using all their senses, skill, creativity, they are to prepare artistic dishes. And if ever a challenger wins over the iron chef, he or she will gain the people's ovation and fame forever. Every battle, reputations are on the line in Kitchen Stadium, where master chefs pit their artistic creations against each other. What inspiration does today's challenger bring? And how will the Adamantine Chef fight back? The heat will be on!" -Announcer

Chairman (of Kye Gourmet Academy) Diak Slun (石川) walks out into Kitchen Stadium, over a hundred chiefs in white uniforms stand down in the lower parts. Diak Slun looks over at a table to his rights, eyes a yellow onion, pick it up and takes a gargantuan bite of while smiling like a maniac. He yells
"Todays secret ingredient is HUMAN!"

[cue gong]

"Let the battle begin!". Diak Slun takes a second bite of the onion.
The Chefs all hurry about gathering and starting to cook.

This is open but you only have the option of posts that describe the dish(es) that your chef(s) will/are/did make.

Note that every "dish" must use human in some part as an ingredient though being cooked with a human based broth or sauce is sufficient. Assume all ingredients and tools that your chef would want are available. Chefs need to be sufficiently skilled as not to cause any collateral damage.

Later in this thread things will switch to judging where you post as a judge describing food. Judges need no prerequisites.

The idea is that you use a chef to represent a view of your nation's cuisine, and a judge to to represent your nation's view of cuisine's. This is the follow up to http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=544386. This is inspired by Iron Chef if you don't know. Much of the intro is taken from it.
