The Ceracian Republic has entered into an economic recession that the government fears will result in a general depression of the economy. In order to relieve some of the pressure on the Ceracian economy the Republic has decided to auction off a great deal of land on its borders :::: !MAP! SECTION A [Laasrith Province] -- 26 Billion USD TAKEN
SECTION B [Nusaris Province] -- 17.5 Billion USD
SECTION C [Hyrdia Province] -- 22 Billion USD
SECTION D [Haans Province] -- 30 Billion USD
Each province that is for sell to the international community has limited amounts of resources, though nations in the lumber industry may find all four regions very profitable. Each region has unhindered access to a major trading river: the River Nassar or the Tri-Corsaan Rivers.
TERMS
1: Each nation that purchases a region must allow the area to be accessable by Ceracian military forces
2: Each nation must allow free trade between itself and Ceracia
3: Ceracian Citizens must be allowed to travel unhindered through the regions
4: The Ceracian government has the right to evict any and all foreign nations from the regions and assume control of the area*
*This only applies if direct threats are made against the sovereignty of Ceracia by the nation previously in control of the region

Like many nations, they have had tough times and liek many nations we are offering you the chance to get back up on your feet. I think your people and my railroad can help each other. There are many instances in history where slummy povertous hell holes became booming cities. Our railroad will provide jobs, inprove trade, improve the economy and while your people are reaping the benefits my railroad benefits too. So what do you say, would you like to start a mutual economic relationship? Would you like to sell building rights to my railroad?

The cost to legally build railroads throught the nation is $7.35 per mile. The full extent of the republic is roughly 1000 square miles across (estimated) so the total cost of building a railroad through Ceracia is $7350.

The money was wired and construction began immediately, people had jobs since the railroad needed workers and demanded lumber, steel, iron and coal for it's trains and structures. The chairman planned on connecting all auctioned territories not only to increase profit but to better the economic situation and increase trade. But to do so he would have to get more funds by shipping various goods back and forth.
The Hadensburg and Barreis were connected, trains would now ship passangers, mail, and goods according to both city's supply and demand. The chairman then connected Rena and Coorvan since connecting large cities is always beneficial to the company especially early on when the need for construction funds is most dire. For now he'd let the trains go back and forth between Hadensburg/Barries and Rena/Coorvan until he had enough construction funds to connect the two seperate lines. Then not only would the cash pour in for the SLFR but also for the people of Ceracia.

We are willing to pay a considerable amount for this purchase, but we urge the nations involved to consider the colossal economic impact similar developments have had around the world when pricing the sale. This will provide a huge boost to any development efforts in the region.

I am waiting for Carecia to confirm my order of the entire map for three trillion dollars. If I do get all of the land you can have 500 square miles anywhere you choose for the measly sum of 125 Billion dollars.
