For many years, we have seen countries divided, violent arguments ensuring, and reasonable buildings being denied and hated...just because of color.
A few days ago, the government was debating over the color of the Presidential Mansion. Some chosen the color "White" for its purity, but others chosen the color "Blue" due to the country's support of liberalism. Some chosen Green to represent its devotion to the Green Party and ecology.
This has led to filibusters and angry speeches being held in the People's Senate, and we determined that this entire debate was due to people having certain biases in favor of color.
For one thing, we would be okay for differing views about the superiority of one color over another, but people are unwilling to debate color. For example, when I talked to Dr. Bob about why he liked 'Purple', he said, "Because Purple looks good." When I tried to get him to continue talking about 'Purple', he admitted that he liked it due to its association with a robe that royal people wear, which just happens to be purple. When trying to debate on the validity of argument, and of why Yellow, another color associated with royalty, would not be preferred, Dr. Bob wanted to dismiss me and work on his Waratron I project.
We are for free and open debate of color, but this is outlandish and stupid to like certain colors over other colors. Where's logic? Where's rationality? Color is just color, there is no reason to prefer one over the other, especially when the nation is paralyzed by this matter. We should have logic, we shouldn't just go out and hold stupid opinions.
From here on, no Citizen of SilentScope003 is allowed to have a Favorite Color. All people who have a Favorite Color must recant, and agree to have no Favorite Color anymore. Failure to do so will have you be imprisoned for up to 3 years in our jails. We may seek to up the penalties if people continue this outlandish practice.
We would like to thank the Colony of Vampyrum for coming up with this great idea of banning irrational ideologies you don't like at all (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=545290), in order to ensure the smooth operation of society. We may very well start applying this to other parts of our nation as well, like banning favorite soft drinks and favorite sport teams.
