OOC: I'm bringing back ViZion's FT nation - which is not related to MT ViZion at all... Also, just to note, Aranet is a large Earth-like planet... Also, yes, I realized after posting I spelled experimental wrong... lol

Down on Aranet, life seemed normal as always. Across the planet, the herretons - the human-like beings populating the planet - went about like nothing was wrong. But, they had no knowledge that their life, their planet, and their race was about to be turned on its head with one beam from the XVR-15 - fully capable, in theory, of being able to teleport an entire planet across multiple galaxies.

"Here we go." said John, one of the lead Telogists on the XVR-15 project. With Aranet in its sight, he flipped two switches and push a button.
A loud humming sound began to come from the machine. Thirty Seconds. Light could be seen begining to glow slightly at the point of the machine in front. Twenty Five Seconds. The machine shuttered slightly as the humming became louder and louder. Twenty Seconds. The soft glow turned bright as sparks could be seen flickering at and around the point. Fifteen Seconds. Smoke could be seen as the point became increasingly hot. Ten Seconds. A laser-beam shot down onto the planet in sight, people in the area around where it was hitting looking upwards toward where it was, but not able to figure out where it was coming from. Five Seconds. The light became so bright, no one was able to look towards it. The humming sound became deafening. And then - an ear-piercing boom thundered throughout the ship as the bright, energy-filled ball of light exploded off the point and to the planet. Zero Seconds. And with that, in a bright flash, the planet was going.
The ship was silent, the lights dark, everything powered down. Everyone was in shock and amazement, in awe really. It had happened. They only wondered if it had fully worked, and what the effects on the planet and its inhabitance would be. And with that, power returned, lights begining to flicker on, and the computer systems coming back onboard.
