The government of the Grand Duchy of Griffenfeld has decided to upgrade it military equipment. The Grand Ducal Army, Air Force and Navy shall become modern, flexible and powerful, with state of the art weaponry. The main purpose of the Armed Forces is to offer the Grand Duchy with a defence force to be reckoned with, together with the ability to engage in international operations. Due to the topographic profile of our nation (mainly forests and hills) we see the need to focus mainly on infantry, artillery and air-support.
Due to the magnitude of this project and the importance of improving our weaponry, the government has decided to prioritise assault rifles for the infantry.

The Griffenfeld government thus wants to purchase 100 000 assault rifles, over a time period of 1 year, with quarterly shipments of 25 000 assault rifles together with corresponding payments.

Furthermore, the general staff desires a consultant to facilitate the project. Consultancy offers should be offered through telegrams.
