Introduction
A man by the name of Tony D. Jackson founded a (small) private military company (PMC) by the name of Diamond. At first the PMC started as a small shooting range where gun nuts could have fun with their toys, but over time the company grew and grew until it became one of the largest PMCs in the free market. He chose the name Diamond because the male version of said name means "Bright Protector" and that is what he believes Diamond is. A PMC, that for the right price, will act as a person's bright protector. Tony has spent nearly a billion USDs making this company and his hard work has finally paid off. Jobs that Diamond will take include defense functions, military training, force protection, security tasks, communications, humanitarian aid, and any other job around those lines. Or, just to make things easier for you, if the job you want to be done does not invole direct action (Diamond personnel engaging in active combat) the job you requested will most likely get though. Thank you.

The basic rule is, "do not fire unless fired upon." The RoE can change to deal with new dangers or anyting else that is good enough for a change.
Golden Rule:
Diamond holds the right to say no to any job proposal, put an end to any job at anytime (with refund based on how much of the job was done) and other things of that sort.

Diamond has some good news for you. After reviewing your proposal Diamond will take the job. We have also agreed to your price of 2,000 USDs for every soldier, but we would request that you pay us a fixed price of 25,000,000 USDs for basic costs like gear, transportation, etc. You would only have to pay 25,000,000 USDs once though. Also, you have asked for 80,000,000 USDs worth of troops (8 brigades) which means you have asked for 40,000 soldiers, is this okay? With your approval we will start to deploy right away. Thank you.
Attached File #1:
5th Infantry Brigade (5,000 Troops)
6th Infantry Brigade (5,000 Troops)
7th Infantry Brigade (5,000 Troops)
8th Infantry Brigade (5,000 Troops)
3rd Stryker Brigade Brigade (5,000 Troops)
4th Stryker Brigade Brigade (5,000 Troops)
5th Stryker Brigade Brigade (5,000 Troops)
3rd Heavy Armored Brigade (5,000 Troops)
Total: 40,000 Troops
2,000 USDs each = $80,000,000 per month plus one payment of 25,000,000 USDs = to about 105,000,000 USDs the first month of service and only 80,000,000 USDs for every month afterwards.
