Star port indigo gamma sector, 5000 light years from new sol-
Ships gently shimmered in the darkness, their backs lit with green and bluish flames as they moved towards large docking rings built in to the massive rough hulled station that orbited like a beacon of light in the utter darkness and silence of space. It was a way station. For solders, engineers, traders and people alike, the Terran federation maintained it namely to facilitate expansion towards the outer reaches of the galaxy.

“That’s the last of it!” Said a portly old man standing at the door way of a long and winding metal corridor lit with monochrome white lighting, his body was built and tall, his hair grey and balding, he was the foreman of the star port indigo, in gamma sector, receiving and sending out supplies for federation colonist and posthuman settlements in the outer rim. Like all Terrans in the Federation, his body was infused with nanites, his bones made of super flexible metal, his brain artificial, and organs augmented with cyber parts. He could easily link up to any computer on the station or on planet to get things done.

He motioned the last of some cargo being brought aboard the station on hover carts, of course security officers at a nearby checkpoint had to check all the cargo out, and internal sensors of the station scanned it against threats. It was odd cargo; marines had been escorting it from the UTS Orion that had recently docked on to the station following a mission to the rim. The marines marched down the hall towards the check point, their heavy boots clanking on the metal ground of the station; they were cyborgs, better faster and smarter than human soldiers.

The commander of the Indigo was a man named john styles, he was as always in the control room, looking out of the holo viewers out in to the busy space around the port, hundreds of ships docking un docking and moving around the beacon, he sighed wandering closer to the window in front of him, his tall skinny yet semi muscular body emphasized by his navy blue uniform, his soft hands put in back of him as he was standing like he was at ease , he sighed gently cursing to himself this boring assignment.

Little did he know the artifacts brought onboard the station were important, really important, and had been earmarked by several factions to claim as their own. These artifacts belonged to an ancient race that had long ascended out of their physical being. Other than that nothing was known, the commander wanted just to get out of the mundanely uninteresting work of the station before he would caterwaul and go insane. With those thoughts he turned over to his first officer L.T Commander Sandra Johnson sat on a chair looking up to styles as he began to speak, her long brown hair glimmering like silk.

“Sandra” He said with a smile coughing then going on putting his hands to his side again. “I want you to take charge I need a brake” he said as he turned around already wandering towards the door waving his hand as he exited the door swooshing open in front of him then closing as he exited.

On the Orion things were different, Commander Xavier Sat back in his conference room looking at his senior officers, his chief of security, a Tormulan By the name of Drado was already speaking in his deep growling like voice.

“Not much is known about these artifacts, however according to our translations of the inscriptions on the walls of that tomb, they seem to be valuable and dangerous, and many warnings came with them. The only common inscription that we found were those of gryphon’s and other mythical beast “

Xavier responded as he thought of what his Lizard like friend said. “Ok well we know it’s important, and we know there is one other part to it however we don’t know what it does fully, but we do know who ever finds that last part to this thing will have untold amounts of power and cannot be allowed to control it” He said that with a harsh and loud voice as his smooth white hands folded in front of him, he peered to his crew, nodding to his chief engineer. Who stood up he looked around and wandered to stand near Drado at the head of the table.

“We know Parts of this device emit exotic radiation, this radiation is deadly it affects ship systems as well, the cases they were found in shields us from them, we don’t know what this energy is, but we can tell that it could be used as a weapon to destroy ships, you saw what it did to Higgins, it’s also a paradox the pieces exist in more than one dimension and universe, or so it seems from our scans, we can’t be entirely sure.”

Xavier said with a sigh standing up and crossing his arms together his muscular tall body adorned with the naval blue uniform worn by officers of the fleet. “We have been assigned to protect this area of space from opportunist, its obvious that they will attempt to get their hands on this artifacts, we will see new and old enemies alike, This is on a need to know basis only, even the station commander wasn’t briefed on this, however the chief of security of the station was. We are to undock and begin patrols around the station perimeter at once”

The large Cruiser suddenly cleared its moorings, its massive retro thrusters pushing it back as it spined, its massive body glimmering in whatever light was present from the nebula a few light years away, its ominously large body loomed over the smaller trade ships of the area, this was a brand new cruiser class, second ship of its class, it was replacing standard federation cruisers slowly but surely.

Security around the objects was tight, AI, turrets, marines and Mini guns dotted the room they were in, sensors of the most advanced calibers were placed in to it. Xavier had an idea he would wait for who ever wanted these things to come and try to take them, then he would go after the last piece he wanted to make sure all of this was secure and ready. It was the waiting game now.

As standard with clack ops procedure, he sent a request to federation fleet command to send two smaller light cruisers and destroyers to assist him but they would not arrive for another few hours, due to finalization on their shakedowns .

(OOC: Ok, A note for people this rp will have to be long and plot driven as well as have character Development, human and emotional conditions take place here, people who want wealth power , nations who want wealth power and domination will have to be used to try to pry pieces of this device from my hands, and you’ll also have to do a race type thing to get the last piece, it’s a plot device I don’t intend to let anyone use its Ub3r god power, what happens to it in the end is a surprise. So hope you like and lets go do this thing!)

Alpha Centauri

Jonathan Gaunt sat in his shining golden chair, watching over his planet. A young Marine then approached him "President, we have rumors that artifacts from a long lost race have been discovered-and that they had made contact with god..." Guant feel back in his chair "Dispatch a fleet to check it out...It's not in my interests" "Yes sir, right away sir..."

Several hundred ships were ready by the next day, each one crammed with soldiers and archelogists, each one ready to understand the meaning of life...

"What!" The Supreme Overlord xyhuang shouted. "It has been found?"

"Yes sir," said the quiet messenger, obviously freaked out. "we detected graviton and other signals from Telkov IV Gamma just a few minutes ago."

"But Telkov IV G is..."

"Off limits," said the messenger, completing his sentence.

"We should of NEVER signed the Cyrulean Treaty!" shouted xyhuang, pounding his fist on the table. "Forget it...get as many Cortez-class cruisers, specialized in cloaking, and one Henock-class Carrier...send them via the warpgate in Telkov IV Beta...have them sublight speed the rest of the way at the most efficient AND best-cloaked speeds..."

"Yes sir." The messenger left the room.

"This wasn't supposed to happen so early...." xyhuang sighed. "The Great Circles weren't due to appear for many more centuries..."

Within days, a fleet of 100 cruisers and a Henock Carrier (over 500 fighters)
arrived in Telkov IV Beta, and started the approach...

OOC: "The Great Circles" is just what my nation calls it.

*Somewhere in the infinite realities and dimensions not yet fathomed by most races...*

The wavelengths were stark, belonging to tools the being that suddenly senses them, as he walks along dimensionalized stretches of temples and walkways reminiscent of any ancient civilization, set admist the endless realms of floating stars and space, expanses of clouds and unknown knows what else was contained in this level of ascendance.

One that had very few of it's original number left to exist within it. Most had long since left. Why was core reason why these few that remained, 'did so'.

And now one of them felt something not so felt, in an Age. (Or ten, one loses track over the Eons.)

At this, an elongated eye peers back open, it's golden pupil a small pool of cornealess perception.

"(~ Disturbed. ~)

At this, he departs to find his own kin.

And to prepare for the unthinkable.

As a 101-ship fleet exited the imense, natural wormhole of Telkov Beta, they idmediately entered phlanx formation. As the Henock Carrier unloaded its fighters, 90 Cortez Cruisers formed a sphere around the front 5/8 of the carrier, and, facing forward, activated their shields, which left few holes to fire through. The remaining 10 cruisers fell back toe the back 1/8 of the ship and did the same, but facing backwards. The remaining 3/8 of the ship was protected by a mass of 100 fighters, 300 of them at the front and the remaining 100 at the rear. The fleet, now a battlegroup, roared through space towards its goal...

((I'm sorry. I know it's a TFU roleplay and thus I shall avoid it like the plague...but a two-day-old nation of 6 million and you already have a fleet of 101 capital ships?

What are they made of, paper mache?))

OOC: More like stripmined cheap iron from a planet that is nothing more than a barren core...Jk. Just wanted to get into RP. My reason was that nation was a mere colony of a secret, massive space empire o.O. Doesn't seem to work any more...and they aren't capital ships. The cruisers are like fighters, just like 1/39 bigger.

Sub space transceiver 18721, the lone sensor platform floated along the border of Terran space, its body shimmering gently as it just floated there. As the unknown fleet floated in to the system, an alert rang out, sensors pinpointed multiple signals, at Indigo station, alarmed blared, styles stood on his bridge, he growled gently his arms to the side of him as he peered at the monitor. He asked with a commanding voice reverberating through the busy now klaxon ridden bridge, “What the hell is going on?” The con officer was tied in to the stations computer and AI she looked back to the middle aged commander, she looked up at him and said. “Sir we have an incoming fleet, Becton 18721 has declared it a threat alpha!”
“A threat alpha” Styles exclaimed slamming his fist on a nearby chrome metal table, he looked up to his con officer his expression turning from bored and mundane to serious and grim, he sighed again starting to say. “Raise the rapid reaction fleet at star base five, tell them we have a situation and we need re enforcements as soon as possible, also Adam, and tell the Orion we might need them for defense”

Xavier sat back in his chair he looked at the main screen and gave a sigh as he heard the message, he stood up, and his eyes peering around the busy somewhat dully decorated white lit bridge, the AI stood her body shimmering in front of the captain, he looked up to his tactical officer who sat at his station hooked up to the entire ship via neural network. “All right, apparently someone is invading our space; you know the drill, action stations!” Suddenly the entire crew began running around to their stations, the captain sat back in his chair putting his arms on the armrests; he looked out in to the darkness of space. Behind him, jump portal formed, suddenly loud bursts of crackling energy formed, over 60 ships jumped out, their bodies shimmered as ships ranging from battle ships to cruisers floated ominously over the smaller freighters.

Styles stood on the bridge looking out in to the quiet, darkness of space, his eyes panned through busy, space port, he placed his hand on the console in front of him, starting to speak as the Xavier came on screen, he started to speak. “Captain Xavier, I have received word from fleet command, that you are to be put in charge of the fleet. The enemy is moving in through sector 02100, in gamma sector.”

Xavier nodded his hands placed on his laps folded; he looked to his helm officer and nodded. The fleet began to jump out one by one, the battle ship UTS Bismarck, smaller cruisers like the UTS Lexington, UTS Warrington, the UTS republic, the UTS Repulse, smaller destroyers like the UTS Ordos, the UTS Soyuz, as well as frigates of the Pluto class. They all jumped in to their own portals the energy crackling through space as they rushed in to D space.

Several moments later above the large enemy fleet, the gathered Federation force, jumped in, vortexes forming with crackling blue and green energy, the Orion jumped out first followed by four cruisers. Forming a cruiser wing, the ships ominously shimmered over the smaller enemy vessels, the Bismarck jumped in lass its massive body ominously rumbling over the entire enemy fleet. Xavier said as the comm. to the other ships was established, he said in a commanding rough voice. “The Orion will take the lead, form in to a wedge formation, cruiser wing one will accompany the Orion, cruiser wing two will outflank the enemy from behind, the Bismarck will lead the assault with remaining ships and cruiser in to the center of the enemy formation if it comes to blows, now get in to position.”

He cut off the communications; the fleet moved with haste several ships getting in to position within a few moments, the fleet maintained distance at two light seconds away. Xavier looked out at the enemy the Federation fleet, his ships facing them. Xavier coughed and planted his hand on the communications button, opening a visual channel.
“This is the UTS Orion, you have entered Federation space, please identify yourself, if you do not we will be forced to fire on your ships, you have violated federation territory, please comply with our request.” With that the comm. cut off it was the waiting game now..
