Firehelper

The A3 Powerplant was one of the few remaining aging Nuclear powerplants. It was slated to be decommissioned and replaced by a wind and solar farm located ten miles away in several years. As a result of this the security around the building had been reduced and it was more vulnerable to terrorist attack.
[Night Shift]
All was quiet as usual. Nothing moved except for the guards. However, today was different from other days as the sleepy guards patrolled the grounds. Soon they dropped to the ground in silent thuds as the were shot with silenced weapons. Several people then moved out of the shadows and into the now unguarded reactor building. The building had a skeleton crew at that time of day, and all were quickly killed by the unknown intruders. The intruders then split up two going into the main control room with the other five moving into various areas to plant explosive charges.
At the same time a similar crew stormed a television station. Soon the normal programing of the station blacked out only to be replaced by several soldiers who then began speaking.
"People of Firehelper, we have taken over this station to convey a message to you all. In short time the people of this city will be in utter panic and will have no one to turn to but the government, but the government wont help you. We of the Firehelper army have succeeded from control of the government. The emperor is a unworth ruler of this nation and deserves to be eliminated. Now we will be taken seriously by the government." He man took out a pistol and shot the camera making the screen go blank for a second before a countdown timer appeared. The time quickly came down to zero and explosives at the reactor went off destroying the containment building. Now it was only a matter of time before a meltdown occurred.
The people of the city and the surrounding region scoffed at the message since nothing happened, but soon they would come to regret this as the nuclear reactor overheated and released radioactive elements into the atmosphere.
[Several hours later]
The Emperor of the country walking into the council chambers Here he called for information regarding the succession and the subsequent nuclear reactor meltdown. He was answered with a reply saying that six corps totaling ninety thousand men succeeded. The nuclear fire at the reactor was currently being bombed with sand, lead and other materials were being dropped on the burnng reactor. The emperor soon left afterwards to make an address to the world:
"People of the world, I am deeply saddened by the actions of the disloyal elements of our military. They are causing untold suffering as the nuclear reaction they destroyed is still spewing dangerous amounts of radioactive materials into the air. I plead with all the peoples of the world to help us in our time of need, both to contain the rebels and the explosion. The contamination of our soil is impossible to avert and we can only limit the dangers that it poses. Please help us so that this problem need not spread out to other nations." With that the message ended and now the people of firehelper could only wait and hope.
