'At 1330hrs Monday 10th of December the Federation of Fallible ceased to exist. The internal Governmental issues that had plagued the State for years had finally brought it to it's once great knees.
At 1353hrs Monday 10th of December the former Federation unified what little was left of the remaining loyal states and formed the State of Fallacious. News of the treaty signing was broadcast throughout the day on all regional networks.
However, with such a crippled economy and population the Allied States of Fallacious announced it's total withdrawal of all former Federation troops from foreign soil thus nullifying any and all former treaties.
The elections for new Minister-Prime is expected to take place later this evening, for what ever reason the ASF want to put the past behind them and take one bold step into the future.'
The election was rigged, as it was in Fallible. There was a show for the population of formalities and campaigns but the end result was always going to be the same. Who ever the army wanted in power would succeed.
The new Minister-Prime on this occasion was the former Secretary of Defense Malk Rutten. Rutten had never truly loved Fallible and many in the cabinet knew it. However, with Rutten's power over the army no one dared to question his authority when it came to military resources and deployment and instead his tactics of bullying smaller State's and fellow Secretary's was allowed to continue on for many years; a contributing factor to the internal issues Fallible suffered.
With Rutten in control of the State, and the military in control of Rutten the Allied States of Fallacious could have been in better shape...
