President Tanner Kilo has announced ViZion will begin the SNA Program, or Small Nation Assistance Program. In this program, nations at or below the population of 75 million may be eligable to receive upto $750 billion USD. Those eligable may also be able to receive aid in the complete supply, building, and training of your nations military forces with both conventional and non-conventional weapons.

ViZion is committed to the building of a safer world where the good, not the evil, rule this globe. We will build towards this goal by empowering young nations and curbing them with good habits, rewarding those who work for good, not for evil.

Please explain this complex political belief/standings you speak of.

Freedom of assembly: None with out government permission, often the government will use force to disperse unwanted assemblies/protests.
Freedom of association: Not protected. Seldom enforced.
Right to bear arms: Limited by social class. Due to conscription most commoners have training in small arms but are only permitted to own weapons based on need. Blades up to about 12" are unregulated.
Freedom of education Not protected. All schools are government run in theory but only need support of local officials. Some times a single official may run a school with almost no supervision.
Freedom of movement Not without proper paperwork. Almost always issued.
Freedom of the press Papers are held to a very high standard and are held responsible for any stories that are false. Many small local anonymous papers exist because of the inability of larger papers to carry uncertain stories. Enforcement is limited.
Freedom of religion Not protected. Many religions are permitted but some are persecuted. Ritual cannibalism, animal sacrifice and so on are permitted.
Freedom of speech Not protected. But generally only officially made public statements are often cause for the government to act.
Freedom of thought Not protected. Generally permitted.
Intellectual freedom Not protected but generally provided and endorsed
Economic freedom None under law but the government is highly corrupt, and unofficially endorses this corruption.
Private property rights None under law. All property is the government's but generally people can live in a place for generations without being forced off their land.
Freedom of contract As free as could be.
Animal rights Almost none. People have rights over animals. Exceptions are made to protect the environment.
Children's rights Almost none.
Youth rights Almost none. But parents can let their children do almost anything.
Collective rights None, though the basic unit under law is a family not a person. As such the family can be seen as having "collect rights" rather than individual rights.
Fathers' rights Mixed. The mother is given the rights over the children if the parents are not married. The father does not have to pay support.
Gay rights No marriage. No protection under law. But are not persecuted, as homosexuality is seen as rather "normal". Adoption as a sibling is used for close friends as well as homosexuals.
Group rights Different groups have different rights. A person may sell themselves to others under contract law becoming an indentured servant or slave. Also government officials and nobles have more rights and rights over the common person.
Welfare Rights Almost none. Rights exist for indentured servants that protect them in case of harm but otherwise it is seen that a person's only option is to find a good employer.
Due process rights Most people get hearings but hearing are not public. Punishment may or may not be public. Excessive, unusual, and inhuman punishments are not seen as excessive, unusual, and inhuman. Sometimes a person is considered to dangerous to attempt to take in alive.
Right to life Murder is illegal. Capital punishment, euthanasia, self defense, abortion and war are legal. Some officials may be given the power to kill a specific person, or to kill people in for their job.
Reproductive rights To have a child you need the proper paperwork. Abortions and use protection is permitted.
Social rights There is no standard of living. Discrimination is permitted.
