IC: Due to the Special Weapons Storefront not being active and operational for almost two years. The Federation of Serbian Soviet Union now declares full ownership of the storefront, all of it's productions, weapons, and all of it's assets. If the owner of this Storefront does not own up by 24 hours, full ownership of this storefront will be confirmed by the FSSU.

OOC: What drugs are you on FSSU, you can't just claim a dead thread and all the stuff as your own! Seriously learn to RP and read the stickies!

ooc: wow, I've been playing for awhile, and I'm pretty sure you can't do that. It's still his post (however low quality it may be) and you can't just say you're taking it over.

1)By the looks of it that user was banned or removed for some reason as they are lsited as a guest
2) Anghele is a well know member on NS with the money to buy the storefront which had been dead for 5 years, you have just claimed it will be your thread and the weapons belong to you.
3) all you seem interested in is nukes get over yourself, try creating an image for your nation other then i want n00ks

OOC: If i am not mistakened, Anghele has a gdp of about 23 trillion as opposed to many other nations with a gdp of 50 to 100 trillion universal dollars. Anghele seems to be buying more then he can afford to pay, yet he is willing to spend more then 20% of his GDP on products to add to his collection of mussuem.

I have been active here under the nation of Nova_Srbija for almost three years and recently restored my nation Nova_Srbija back, however, with recently getting back on NS, i decided to make Federation of Serbian_Soviet_Union as my primary nation and a active nation.

First of all, these would be Colstream's weapons, not yours, second of all, you might have noticed that this storefront didn't take the first time, so have fun making it work the second time, especially, seeing as you can't edit the first post, so what's the point?]

OOC: FSSU, if you want to sell nuclear weapons, why don't you just create your own storefront? You don't need to hijack someone else's thread to achieve you aims.

EDIT: I find it both sad and hilarious that this incident has generated more posts then the actual storefront.

(OOC: I agree with every other statement in this thread. I am initiating OPERATION: IGNORE, the invincible IGNORE cannons have fired and sucked your nation from hsitory. For all intents and purposes the FSSU no longer exists)

ooc: omg, it makes no difference if they've been inactive for 5 years. As far as ic is concered, they still exist somewhere in the nether regions of space. Should you use any of these weapons, We'll jsut ignore you.

We are quite disturbed by your actions. You intend to invade a nation, over a sales company? We ask, why can you not the let the great and mighty Republic of Colstream rest in peace? Why must you drag it from it's sleep, and parade it before the international community. So, in hopes of discouraging your nation from these vile acts, we wish to invite you, and any other highlevel goverment officials from your nation, to ours, for tea. Otherwise we will be forced to take up our TKB-517 Assault Rifles, and send out our Yak-141 fighters, to stop your actions. We hope you make the Right choice! OOC: FSSU, with all due respect, what you are trying to do is to steal someone else's work. A fundamental rule of any kind of roleplaying forum is that the player owns all their own work. That still applies whether a player is active on the boards or not, and you therefore should have asked Colstream/Madurastan's permission to use his work. If you can't respect the ownership of someone else's work, then your actions undermine the trust and cooperation neccessary for the smooth running of a community such as this. I would certainly not want to RP with someone who acts with such bad faith towards other players and plagiarizes the work of others, so consider yourself ignored.

[Colstream is back in the form of Madurastan, and I doubt he'd be happy. While I realise you know you shouldn't, I've asked Madurastan to come along - plus, he can either close it down or revive the storefront]

So, in this case, since II so very active, bumping a year old thread is not acceptable at all. If I find you repeatedly gravedigging any more, your record will have a few blemishes on it. For the storefront, it remains at the discretion of the original poster. If they want this thread re-opened, they can request so in Moderation, otherwise it remains locked.
