In Mandalore Prime, things go on almost as normal. Nobody would have expected anything at all out of the ordinary. Yet, in this city are meeting two very, very powerful men.

In one of the skyscrapers of Maldalore Prime, an attack helicopter lands on a helipad on the roof of the same. From this helicopter steps Sextus Augustus, the leader of the Roman Empire. Aside from the pilot of the helicopter, he seems to be more or less unescorted.

He holds a yellow folder containing currently unknown contents to anyone but him and the person whom he is meeting. He stands on the roof waiting for the person whom he is meeting.

OOC: Ok, whom is he meeting...? C'mon, don't let us wait for so long. Spit it out! Or was there a ATTN: [some nation] to be included in the title...?

The Mandalore, flanked by two Mand'oan Guards, proceeded to the small helipad, situated atop the gigantic War Chamber. "Mr. Sextus Augustus, what an honor it is to meet you! I suppose we shall get to business? Follow me, if you will." And with that, the small party of men headed towards one of the many rooms of the Chamber.

Sextus Augustus soon finds himself in a large cavernous room with a long wooden table, and lots and lots of strippers dancing everywhere, just ass and boobs up to here, man. Ass and boobs up to here...

Sextus takes a seat on one of the far ends of the of the table, and, before being flanked by strippers begging to give him a lapdance, places the yellow envelope upon the table. From the same he withdraws an official looking piece of paper upon which are written letters. These letters form words. These words form sentences. Those sentences form chains of sentences. Those chains of sentences form the body of text written upon the paper. The body of text written upon the paper comprises the following:

The Roman Empire agrees to:


Issue a threat of warning against any nation seeking to break away from the ruling authority of the Maldorian Government.
Issue a threat of warning against any nation threatening the Maldorian Government, especially in such cases that the Maldorian Government is seeking Imperialistic aims.

Provide up to 1/5 of the Roman Military in assistance to the Maldorian Government in offensive wars.
Provide up to 1/2 of the Roman Military in defense of the Maldorian Government when she is attacked.
Provide up to 1/2 of the Roman Military in defense of Maldorian Troops should the Maldorian Government become dogpiled in an offensive war.


The Maldorians Government agrees to:


Issue a threat of warning against any nation threatening the Roman Government, especially in such cases that the Roman Government is seeking Imperialistic aims.
Provide up to 1/2 of the Maldorian Military in defense of the Roman Government when she is attacked.
Provide up to 1/2 of the Maldorian Military in defense of Roman Troops should the Roman Government become dogpiled in an offensive war.


Signing his own end of the agreement, the Imperator pushes it over to the Maldorian Leader for consideration.
