Greetings of Peace!

Our country has recently emerged from years of international isolation and wishes to broaden our ties to the community of nations. As such, Junquera Street of Ubec City has been selected as the site of a new Embassy Quarter. This district is at the heart of the capital and easily accessible to the financial and recreational district of Ayala. We are inviting our neighbors to establish their embassies in this area so as to ensure permanent representation.

In accordance with international law, diplomatic personnel will enjoy diplomatic immunity and the embassies shall not be subject to Visayan law but to the laws of the home country of the occupants. Embassies will also be permitted to maintain its own security personnel with arms not exceeding 35 persons. their equipment limited to firearms only. Other weapons such as flamethrowers, explosives, Tanks, APCs and other armored vehicles are not allowed. However, unarmed aircraft, seacraft and automobiles will be permitted.
