Concerning Basic Rules
1 - Alfegan and Prevanian representatives reserve the right to create, edit or delete store regulations and prices.
2 - Alfegan and Prevanian representatives reserve the right to refuse sales to any nation, on any grounds.
3 - Representatives will calculate order total, at an extra charge of 5% upon all purchases.
4 - Any incorrect order prices will be either refused or recalculated with a surcharge of 10%.
5 - Orders may be dealt with by either Prevanian or Alfegan staff, depending on availability.
6 - Orders may be processed whenever store personnel see fit.

Concerning Pre-owned Equipment Sales
1 - Refunds will not be accepted upon faulty pre-owned goods.

Concerning Punishments

Please could you recommend something modest for me to start developing my own defence capabilities. We are a peaceful nation tooking to deter aggression. At the moment have to rely on our neighbour, The Flying Stilton, for all matters of defence.

Unfortunately, my budget is rather modest, with currently zero being spent on the defence our our nation. As we would be starting from scratch, would there be any discount for large bulk orders?

When is your next arms fair? I would like to be able to see demonstrations your equipment to be able to best choose according to my needs.

Considering your non-existant defence budget and your small size of nation, we will be willing to give you credit up to $5 billion, charged at only 0.1% per month with an interest free period of 6 months. We are also willing to give you a 5% discount.

Since Alfegos specialises on the land-side of warfare and in airships(enquire with Prevania about naval and aircraft reccomendations), we would reccomend that you equip your soldiers with second-hand arms for costs sake, or if that is not your wish to buy up older assault rifles such as the AK-74. Vehicle-wise, we reccomend something such as the Stryker for a first-time buy, but if you are intent on increasing your military potential then we reccomend that you purchase things such as the LY219 Ironheart. Vehicle wise, we would reccomend our tank, the M1A4 Warhound, though for artillery it is best to use things such as the LY300 Manticore. We would not reccomend airships until you have a much larger defence budget.

If you can send us your idea for your armed force structure, we can improve upon it and reccomend the vehicles. We would reccomend the ideal military at between 0.5 and 1 percent of your population, so between 2.25 and 4 million in your entire amred forces, including logistics support. I totally agree with my esteemed collegue about your army and would advise you to follow his advice.
As you are a non-aggresive nation, it would probably be a good idea to purchase several Vauban anti-ballistic missile LASER defence emplacements for strategic locations in your nation. This would effectively provide umbrella protection against all conventional WMDs and could also be used against planes and airships.
Navy-wise, I would need to know more about your geography.
In terms of an airforce, the Russians produce many good, well priced planes (eg: MiG 35). However, I would reccomend using US-sources helicopters - Apaches and Chinooks are excellent.

Mokastana Confederate Command needs to make room many of our bunkers for more equipment and no doubt the aide that Mejico will need once the nation is reunited.
