(OOC Transaltion:

The Axis of Slaves and Chains is an "Invader" region. These are a bunch of nations that decide to storm into another Region and basically endorse its members so high that they become the new Regional Delegates (aka, the head). Then, once they are regional delegates, they are able to kick the other members of the region out, allowing them to take control.

This is much more deadly than war, but of course, neither the UN nor can any RP actually do anything to stop it, as you are using ACTUAL GAMEPLAY MECHANICS. In fact, NS placed an 'influence' system in order to help regions defend against invaders. Likely enough, the invaders may have secretly stayed in the nation for quite some time before starting the attack.

Due to the ease of creating regions anyway, I don't see its appeal, but it is likely mostly done for fun and profit.

Want to stop the Axis of Slaves and Chains? Join up with one of those regions and endorse the current regional delegate. Don't want to. Fine, neither do I.

I don't even see how you could roleplay this ICly, because it's just so bizzare. So I'm not going to.)
