Our Grand Czar Vladimir Klaus, has deemed that The Empire of Nosovia should now open it's borders to foreign delegation's.

All applications for embassies will be considered, but Nosovia reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

Those interested in establishing furthered relations with Nosovia are welcome to submit an inquiry with the Department of Foreign Affairs and will be accepted pending their agreement to the following articles:


Article I: The arriving nations shall respect the laws and territories of Nosovia surrounding their embassies and respect our sovereignty.

Article II: All embassies will be situated in embassy row 10 miles away from the capital of Volgograd.


Article III: Each nation will be given a walled building and courtyard for their embassy and diplomats. The section that is given to a foreign emissary or diplomatic core comes complete with numerous offices, a couple of bedrooms, a small kitchen and eating area, secure lines and security, and a backup generator. You may also put in a special request for your own embassy but you must state what is going to be built. We will supply building supplies and labor for you.


Article IV: The total amount of personnel shall not exceed two hundred. This does include the family of the ambassador or diplomat.

Article V: Weapons shall be allowed but you must state the type and how many weapons you'll be bringing into our nation. (The Empire of Nosovia maintains the right to decline any weapon that is being brought.)

Article VI: No helicopters will be permitted on the embassy grounds(you will however be allowed one privet jet or helicopter at the Volgograd airport. Ten [10] non-armed (and non-military grade) land vehicles are permitted. All landing/parking space will be provided (as well as armed escorts if required). (If you are unsure whether your vehicles are allowed, submit them for review and we will respond as soon as possible). If you wish to bring military vehicles please list them for review.

Article VII: You may assign your own security to the embassy but if you wish the Empire of Nosovia will supply the guards from the highly trained military.

Article VIII: Crimes committed on embassy grounds, regardless of the nationality or citizenship of the intruder, are subject to the owning nation's legal code, to be tried, or otherwise sentenced. The right of which can be waived by the owning nation at any time to lessen the logistical, legal, or political burden. Likewise, any crime committed elsewhere in Nosovia shall be handled by local Nosovian courts regardless of the person's status within the embassy. They shall be tried, sentenced, and incarcerated per Nosovian legal codes without prejudice.

Article IX: Should conflict arise between the nations of Nosovia and an embassy holder, and no hope for de-escalation or a refusal to negotiate is chosen, Nosovia retains the right to give twenty-four [24] hours notice of a request to vacate the embassy. At which time all ambassadorial staff will be escorted safely and without threat to the nearest airport, and transfer of all papers records or the like at to the embassy holder. If the embassy staff refuses the request, they will be removed forcefully and all damage, injury, destruction or death that may occur will be burdened on the embassy holder.


Request for the exchange or construction of an embassy shall be considered compliance with the above articles. To apply for an embassy please fill out the attached AE12 Form and deliver the necessary form in duplicate to the Department of Foreign Affairs for review. If you have any further concerns or question please submit them and a representative will contact you shortly.

The Disputed Territories of Komekong is also accepted, however we must decline your electric fence and while as article VIII states, we cannot impede on your right to to carry out "justice" according to your laws(within your embassy) we ask that you show restraint unless there is proof of a crime committed by the defendant.


Your nation may set up trading office for "The Company" on the embassy grounds, but you must understand that while Nosovian businesses have a long leash, foreign trading is strictly controlled and and tariffs are normally quite high compared with other nations.
