GOVERNMENT COMPOUNT, SANCTUARY
=PRIORITY TRANSMISSION=
To: EMERGENCY CHANNELS, GFFA CHANNELS, ALLIED CHANNELS
From: John Archer, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sanctuary, No Endorse, Aphotic Galaxy
Please come to aide. Clan war not over after all. They've taken the docks, and are in the government compound. Navy command cut off. Kathii dead, J. Halsey in command, E. Firenza organizing remaining forces. Laski breaching door now, sending in hopes of rescue. May the Forgemaker preserve us.
=END PRIORITY TRANSMISSION=
"DOWN ON YOUR KNEES, NOW!" There was no mistaking the feel of cold steel upon one's back, and John had long since learned that resistance is useless when you're dead. He nodded and slid down to the floor, aged joints screaming in protest. The soldier grabbed the pistol from his belt, though it would have had a hard time piercing regulation armor even at this range.
Hmm, gun at mid chest, five foot eight, from footsteps two hundred, kit twenty, weight one eighty. From voice, mid twenties. He peeked back to confirm, receiving a forceful blow for his efforts. Yep, and a private stripe.
A stream of energy arced over his head, the terminal exploding before his eyes. But it was all the chance he needed. He lunged up and back, slamming the back of his head into the chin of his assailant. Spinning quickly, he grabbed for the rifle. But it wasn't there.... Funny....
He looked down, a red foam frothing from a gaping hole in his chest. He convulsed, arms clutching futilely at the wound as he fell to the floor. And against his temple, he felt that familiar touch of cold steel, now warm. And all went white.

"I want two squads of guardsmen in A corridor! And get NES Tyre's troops down her yesterday!" Elizabeth Firenza sat hunched over a tablet, screaming into a nearby radio. A radioman stood stunned next to her, connected to this raving sixty year old by a thick data cable. In a corner, Alex crouched over Jennifer Halsey, holding a compression bandage about what remained of her thigh.
"Mom, she's fading, looks like it was the radial."
"DAMN THE RADIALS AND DAMN THE LASKI! ALEX, PATCH HER UP AND GRAB A RIFLE! Archer's position just got hit, and the guard has retreated to the fourth perimeter." An intense firefight erupted in the corridor outside, several troops taking cover in the doorway. "If it can be called a perimeter at all." She threw the radio at the soldier and pulled open a filing cabinet drawer, withdrawing a vicious energy rifle. "NOW HURRY AND COVER THE DOOR!"
"MA'AM!" Started the radioman, clutching the receiver to his ear. "I've got confirmation from NES Tyre, one of her shuttles has landed on the roof and they're cutting their way down to us."
Suddenly, the ceiling vaporized, and two dozen soldiers landed solidly in the room, fanning out across the entrances. Within ten seconds, Alex found herself and Halsey flying upwards into the bay of a shuttle. Wind roared in her ears, flashes of light danced about her, and all went black. When she came to, she was immobilized in a shuttle harness, hurtling though the skies.
Elizabeth looked up as her daughter and friend were safely aboard the shuttle, barely missing enemy crossfire. "Now, all of you with me, we're going to retake the communications wing." A bolt of light shot through the wall and a book case burst into flames. "MOVE!"

"Companies five and six will take the east sector, E platoon has point. We're going to have several Gunships in support, but it'll be tight so watch blue on blue. Primary objective is the shuttleport, but if we can take the hospital roof we're in business. The rest will be neural-linked in drop, any questions?" A warning siren shattered the sergeant's speech, and airtight bulkheads could be heard slamming across the vessel. "Good, let's get to it!"
The troops all donned their helmets and braced as the compartment vented to the black. Intercoms cracked to life, and dozens of biological scanners began their steady ticking. A red light began flashing, once, twice, three times, four, and turned to green, And the force shot into the unknown, two hundred pounds of re-entry gear between them and annihilation.

GOVERNMENT COMPOUNT, SANCTUARY
"MEDIC!" Elizabeth gasped and gripped her hand fiercely, blood welling where her fingers had once been. The whole side of her arm seemed melted, sickly white bone harsh against charred flesh. The world seemed to spin as she staggered backwards, gripped by strong arms and lowered to the ground.
Dozens of troops poured past her position, glancing down at what remained of her arm. The whole building continued to shake, orbital troops landing on just about everything now. One in five would not survive an urban drop, but once down, they would be able to drive the enemy far enough back for a defensive perimeter to be re-established.
A medic stooped low, pulling out a roll off synthetic skin and wrapping her mangled limb. Pausing to shoot her good arm with a sedative, he moved on to another wounded soldier and pulled out his pistol. She struggled to remain alert, hoping to bear witness to the soldier's rites. But as the pistol was raised, everything faded away.

NES TYRE, ORBIT ABOVE SANCTUARY
"Well Mister Halsey, with your mother unreachable, you're in charge. Our ships are in position for bombardment. I know it's our capitol. I know they're our people. Well, it's that or fighting in the sublevels for years. Yes sir. Yes. I understand. No, I will do it. Yes sir." Gary Wind closed the connection, rubbing his eyes. It was all in place, the whole fleet had been slaved to his computer for the strike. All that was required was for him to designate the ships and locations, and the elemental fire of the universe would consume the people of No Endorse.
He took one last glance at the overview, selecting an area near the compound. "Hey Anne?" A face popped up on his screen, translucently covering the overlay.
"Yes?"
"Is it all ready?"
"Yes." A button on the pad began to flash. "It is all ready. The compound is danger close, but all stations report roger."
He slammed the button home and stood, punching the door control. "Make sure they know it was all me. No others. Now, alert the bridge that I'm coming up. We're going to force land in the middle of the bastards. And keep relaying Archer's message. We need backup."
"Affirmative."

:p Of course! The more the merrier! Short short backstory: Clan Laski doesn't like Clan Talon, other Clans stuck in middle of war. There was a shaky peace for a while, but since I was gone, might as well come back with something exciting, so they're blowing the capitol world to heck and gone ^__^ Factbook for more info.

Peiro Iuzac stared at the transmitions, reading them again and again, his High Council had ordered him to do what he was doing, leading the charge. Fourteen Kirkland-Class Freighters, three Jebudi-Class Cruisers, and one Council-Class Capitol ship would be charging into the fray to support the shambled government, on board was a contingent of twenty Jedi, and five thousand Pencian General Korps (Infantry/Army) troops, along with five hundred Council's Will Guard (Marines), their presence would be followed up by Ringend's 16th Responsive Fleet which was currently engaged with the Biopep's at the Yurikay Sector.
Rear Admiral Iuzac looked out his window as his fleet moved towards the planet, their black-camouflage made them hard targets for eyes, and their excellence in stealth made them extremely effective against enemy sensors, their only let down was their weapon systems, which only the Council class had any stand-and-fire capabilities, the saving grace was always their General Korps boarding men, most of the ships defeated against the Pencian armada was by deck-on-deck fire fights. Even as these thoughts raced threw his head a grouppe of six Jedi and a hundred CWG readied for a boarding mission.
A dark form traveled through the even darker expanse of space, this was of course no vain attempt of obscuring their location, it was however merely the only way these ships came, black, and shiny. Long Spire like projections stuck out from her the space beyond them filled with large drip style radiators displacing the ships massive heat source in a more productive means than frying the crew as three large engines filled fought against the void like small artificial stars int he night sky.
Time however forced a change in the ship the long jagged spike of a vessel began to creak as small openings in the hull hull creaked open the disturbance was not followed long after by a trio of Missile shaped objects shooting out at one-hundred and twenty degrees form each other their forms twisting and turning the central section seemed to expand and unravel itself as the front part screwed forward looking and acting like a giant drywall screw than some sort of weapon.
The darts were hollow and in this void a sort of water like haze formed a gentle shimmer sphere that caught the light like a captive water droplet and refracted it like a prism though the hollow base of the dart back towards the opening it had just left from. Inside the ship the images beamed back from the darts were stereoscopically aligned and presented on the main bridge deep inside the ship, the 3d effect of the image tricking the eyes of most viewers without the need of overly complex holograph technology... it was a wonderful view of the solar system and it never ceased to amaze the Chief of the boat just how wonderful creation was.

Archon Arath ran his hand over the thin meta-ceramic mast that clung to his face seemingly part of him flowed with a supple gentleness much like unglazed porcelain. The mask contained only simplified features of a face, the forehead, eyebrow ridges, the simplified subdued nose all of which intentionally downplayed the mans individuality. He was just another doll, a gear in the cog of the endless march.
He breathed deeply through the mask though it had no obvious mouth opening porous material diffusing and filtering the atmosphere in the room storing some of it as he breathed in. small reserves quickly filling up that would provide little comfort should the room he now sat in actually decompress. These were hard times for the remainder of his clan, less than One-Hundred and thirty thousand now remained. His finger tip traced down along as his check bone as he remembered those many who he had known that could no longer follow their search for the north star so many who lost the path or had the road forcibly removed from them to leave them alone in the dark of space.
He stood up from his perch on his bed looking at the oddly shaped structure that was his office, his home, and own piece of solitude. Being at a forty five degree angle to the direction of travel as the core of the ship rotated made for some interesting deck layouts but more importantly it allowed for a better sense of gravity and ample machinery space for the ships systems and life support, it however did not help the aesthetics of the ship which as so angular both inside and out that many had called them 'Blade Vessels' though in truth they were shaped from a form of igneous material found scarsley all over the universe.
Walking to the door he was about to press the release button when he felt a warmth on his cheek, the constant gentle nagging of the masks communications system let him know he was about to receive the status report he had been waiting for.
"Sir Im sorry to wake you, but you requested an status report at 0800" the gruff voice of the chief of the boat alerted Arath that something was not per the normal sky search.
"Yes please go ahead chief..." Arath was always soft spoken especially to his crew, few people if ever shouted on such a ship the confined spaces making such encounters nearly painful to endure and with the masks ability to transmit subvocalizations one could go months without ever having to actually speak out loud to another Ankrashi.
" Sir Far infrared has shown that we are coming into a civilized system and more importantly their seems to be quite a few warships present, I would like your advisal on what actiosn we should take."
Arath opened the door and headed towards the bridge, only a few seconds walk from his quarters .
"Chances are chief if they can see us they have already, or will see us soon, hail them and state our intentions."
"Aye aye sir" the chief replied and the comm channel went dead with squeak, as Arath made is way to the bridge.

A interception message was sent, hopefully they would be quick enough to complete their mission. Peiro ordered them to send the following transmission, "This is the Inter-Planetary Defence Force for this colony. You have expected us to board your ship out of good will? Fine, we will send ten of our finest diplomats to see your men." Ten Jedi shipped to the P.G.V. Tutte to be transported to the alien ship, they lumbered forth, ready to board them with the ten 'diplomats.'
"Sire we've received a hail... it was not who were directing the signal at sir, seems the tight beam system is getting some reflection off the planets atmosphere. I apologize sir it seems I did not perform my duties to their full capacity" A comms officer at the far corner of the bridge sniveled to the chief of the boat as the Archon walked onto the bridge the chief of the boat snapping to a stiff statuesque salute.
"That is quite alright Ensign, however make it known we seek an audience with the government of this system, and them alone, and will not allow to be boarded by any other personnel."
The Archon pondered on this for a moment and added to his standing orders; "launch another set of sky search probes, max spread if it comes down to it I want weapons ready but not hot sound general quarters but do not depressurize unneeded spaces unless fire upon."
the crew saluted and along the three spinal ridges of the ship another set of slow moving spire shaped objects emerged just as before slowly drifting into space away from the ships center of gravity, and just as before the center of the spires seemed to unravel a ball of tiny particulate prism shaped and distorting into a sort of paramagnetic prismatic lenses opening the ships eyes to the space around them, it did unfortunately leave a blind spot tot he ships rear but this was an issue with most star ships flare or no flare the ships wash was no were any probe wanted to be.

Admiral Peiro looked outside his window, the vastness of space was impressive, he looked towards his communications and sensor commanders, "Report?" His stern face was slightly colder than usual he seemed a bit sick, maybe he just missed his home, most of them did after all...
The Sensor Commander spoke first, "We've been screenings for enemy vessels, we did find the origin of one however, but they seem to be alien to these people, claiming to be lost or something along those lines."
Peiro was a bit intruguid, "The same who we intercepted the message from?"
"Aye."
"I want to know the amount of ships and combat capabilities of each one of them." He turned to the Communications Commander, "And you?"
"The trick didn't work, Admiral." He said sparsely but continued on," And the P.G.V. Tutte still has the ten Jedi on board, but their commander refuses to relocate with the fleet, fearing that when he sent off the message that they could track him back to us."
Peiro rubbed his chin, "Wise, I like this man." He smiled (no homo), "I want him to go patrolling around the planet, radio silence is requested, but if he finds information we need I want him to send it A.S.A.P, and he should also be ready to join us in a fight at any notice, Understood?" They both saluted and ran off to their respective jobs.

A brief spike of radiation might be detected by the several vessels in the system, and, if they looked very carefully, they might, for a moment, notice the nearly invisible ship that emerged from the Boson Gate, before its emissions ceased, and it simply sat, and waited, watching and absorbing as much data as possible.
Flag Bridge, Battlecruiser Redemption, Imperial Amdermani Navy:
The darkness shifts, and a hint of copper is seen, for a moment, before it recedes once more into the blackness of the unlighted bridge. <Captain, keep me informed of everything, let me know if we are detected. I will be busy, do not disturb me unless things change drastically.
<Yes Lord, we will monitor everything, and record all data on unknown vessels. We are hidden, and I doubt they will notice us for some time.>
(How many ships would I know about, if any? And same questions to No Endorse.)[OOC: Speaking only for myself One vessel approximately 200 hundred meters in length, no obvious external weaponry except perhaps the skysearch frames it keeps launching.
Appearance is very organic in appearance being very similar to a long triangular pyramid as constructed out of obsidian with many a jagged or knapped-like edges and an irregular surface pattern with a radiator spire about 2/3rds along her length reaching out of each spine]
The R.S.S. Redemption, formerly the Huntarian Empire flag ship H.S.S. Aphotic, hovered in space amungst a vast fleet forming in Alliance territory to prepare for a war which ever so closely draws near. Recently back from his mission to spy and rescue Travis Masaki from the Tenetian Empire, Magriel is back in Alliance Space and found himself to be elected one of the GFFA's Consul heads. Maybe it's time I gave myself a vacation... He thought to himself. Until his ship received a transmission from the Galactic Inferno of No Endorse.
"Consul Magriel! We're receiving a distress call from the Bruce Halsey Administration, they're requesting some aid."
Magriel rubbed his chin, "That's directly on the opposite side of former Esherian territory, No Endorsian systems. We might be able to spare a ship."
"But sir, most of our fleet is geared towards the Coredian conflict between the Chronosians and their allies. We can't spare too much from the formation. We need to make sure everyone is ready."
Magriel straightened his robes, and got up from his command chair, "well then, we'll have to go in ourselves in the Redemption."
"... Isn't that overkill sir?"
"Not at all number one. This ship could use a quick shakedown. Besides, we could do them a favor as GFFA representatives. Helm, take us into the 'Minus, maximum speed. Bring weapons online and all stations on Red Alert." The giant ship moved itself about face, and rushed forward into a giant blueish black spatial object and disappeared. Hopefully, with new anti-targeting systems and anti-scanners in place they can provide the quick and immediate help the No Endorsians are looking for.

"Did we get a trace on the signal?"
The crew on the bridge worked at their controls getting a fix on the feed. This particular squadron was a rapid response team for the Galactic Federation that was constantly in rotation in Hyperspace to respond to any threats reported immediately. Comprised of 15 Whitestars and a Victory Class Destroyer, they had the firepower and blazing speed necessary for almost any job.
Ranger Titania sat in the command chair of one of the Whitestars commanding the squadron. Her own second in command finally had an answer. "It came from Inferno territory. Looks like that clan war of theirs is not entirely finished as we had thought. We can send a message back to Headquarters and inform the Emperor of the situation but reinforcements most likely won't arrive in time."
The crimson haired woman nodded her agreement. "Make the jump into No Endorse space. We're going in hard. Inform the other Rangers to be ready and get the D'Harans geared up for war."
"Yes ma'am."
The fabric of normal space was ripped apart as a vortex into Hyperspace appeared. Out of the funnel glided the sixteen ships heading towards the planet and NES Tyre. Titania's squardon pulled up short of the planet's orbit.
"We've got unknown contacts in the system. Most likely younger races."
She flicked her braid over her shoulder and walked up to the holographic screen. "I doubt they know much about the circumstances here but we'll soon find out. Make sure our ships do not fire unless they fire upon us first. Communications, get me in touch with John Archer and see where he needs us."
"Right away ma'am."
Attention John Archer of No Endorse. Attention. This is Ranger Titania from the Abh Empire and of the GFFA. We are here at your call for aid. Requesting further instructions and what your people need.

Peiro was informed by his Sensor Commander, "Sir," He saluted, the admiral saluting back, granting him permission. "We've got a brief spike on one sector over to the left, but that could easily be an increase with sun activity or something of the sort, but what we can tell of the aliens is that there seems to be only one."
Peiro sat down in his command chair, "Send a two of our fighters in to investigate, I want the P.G.V. Tutte to accompany them, make it look like the ships came from them." He picked at several unattractive places on his uniform until they were perfect, and continued, "Analyze the first bit, I want to know if it is sun activity."
"Aye, sir."

Marcus Yuro geared up in his full-body suite, it resembled the look of an all-body pajama, plus added breathing equipment. The ship its self he crissoned Mercy but the official plate was I-075, it has sleek and black almost a mirror image of the other ships in the vessel. An automat-Staircase moved towards the vessel, positioning itself to the left of the cockpit, Yurp quickly walked up it, and sat in his seat. "This is Delta P-03, over." He waited a minute to check the floating touch-screen, the communications signal was incredibly strong being so close to the ship. "Ready for take off, how's Delta 04, over?"
"Delta P-04 is seated and ready, prepare for launch." Yuro's fingers glided across the touch screen, prepping the nine engines for take off, and the life support system for a lasting mission. "Delta 03, you seem ready to go, why don't you let yourself on out."
Yuro again messed around the engine system, starting the massive rear engine, the navigational unit was check with the lock of the alien vessel. "Delta 03 is launching from bay, open the doors, over." Each fighter had its own launching pad, bay area, and landing pad. Matinence team usually lived in their ship's Bay, except for when the launching was going on, but those were especially rare in these peaceful time. Without a reply the bay doors opened, "Thanks, over." He launched his single rear engine forward, meeting up with the Tutte.
Yuro floated around for a bit, aligning its path with that of the Tutte Delta P-04 finally met up with them. The four vessels road forth, they wouldn't be followed by the main fleet, but if necessary they would be reached in a short amount of time.

Bumpity.
The bridge of an Ankrashi ship was amazingly spartan planted deep within the ship. There was only a single entrance and exit sealed by a pressure hatch and it was triangular in shape with three circular indentations taking up the majority of space. Each indentation in the bridges floor was filled with five Operators chair each Indent having its own function. At the forefront of the triangular bridge was Communications and Sensors station with the horizon in space being infinite this job was also 'co-chaired' as it were by Weapons Systems Station directly the the right and rear of Communications. The last section was Engineering and Propulsion.
With most intrapersonal communications being carried out by computer synthesized sub vocal communication as transmitted by the crew members respirator mask most people would assume that the majority of crew members with the exception of the Command staff were asleep since there was no audible chatter and the fifteen crew members that made up the three main stations were all sitting in reclining chairs with no obvious monitors or access devices (such as keyboards.) At the center were two sitting and one standing positions in a triangle inverted to the floor impressions.
These were rather important positions as both sitting positions were Steering and navigation, the standing position being filled only occasionally by either the Executive Officer or the Commanding officers in times of difficult maneuvers, but now with so much chaos going on around them the Commanding Officer of the Vessel or Archon was in his position constantly.
The Archon was ill at ease for the current going on and even when he received the subtle message indicator on his cheek he almost jumped.
"Sire far infrared is going crazy, ships here and there; most of them armed. Very little discernible civilian traffic and now several smaller ships have been deployed from some of the larger vessels. I strongly suggest we maneuver to the periphery until such time as the jump system is capable of taking us out of the system."
The Archon took a deep breath as he listend tot he message via bone conduction speakers built into the mask and nodded his head, though he knew the Sensors officer was not looking anywhere near him.
"I agree" he quickly switched to the bridge channel by twitching the nerves in his wrist and relayed his instructions.
"Helm make course Two-Six-Oh, increase speed to Oh-Oh-Three fraction, bow up three degrees. Direct energy to the Jump cycle and make course for a holding position at maximum tight beam comms range."
A resounding chirp of beeps and clicks were his com channel reply as the ship began to adjust its attitude to bring the ship to bear on its new bearing.

ooc:can i join aswell? The thread seems awsome.
Archon Ahrous had long since left the bridge, not being privy to a acceleration coach as the rest of the bridge was he had to occasionally leave the bridge for the comfort and gravity of his bunk. It was a blessing and a curse for he enjoyed the ability to leave the bridge at his leisure while still remaining connected to the bridge network allowed him to communicated and technically steer the ship from here if he was so inclined.
He however wasn't he was tired of waiting and recent Hyper Pulse Network chatter made him nervous on how the crew would respond to the viziers deaths and the establishment of a republic... Such things, he felt were better left explained when home. The familiar warmth on his right cheek alerting him to an incoming message from comms.
"Sire, I'm sorry to say we are at maximum Comms range for us but we have no idea as to the planets governments current comms capabilities, and judging by the ships in theater theres enough RF chatter to bake a racous... its highly unlikely we will be able to get a message through or to even know if they can hear us."
The Archon was afraid of that, but with all the jumps entering the system he was worried about being squished or out crowded int eh system and now it seemed there was no choice they would have to prepare for a jump back to the temple and hope the Government would hear their message in time.
"Very well, Helm make course for for the nearest Mason point, rig ship for jump. Comms keep transmitting the message, Jump capacitors aren't yet over 70% so we've still got some time."
The Archons witch his frequency from bridge to the ships general comms.
"All Second shift Personnel, this is Archon Ahrous, form two man FOD, and Micro-Penetration teams and sweep all sections, Rig for Jump..."

A pair of vessels catapulted around the far side of the world, engaged in a fierce firefight. Bolts of light shot around them, their hulls screaming to endure the stress of their engines. After a few moments, one disappeared in a brilliant flash, blinding any sensor lacking an occlusion filter. The second continued onward towards the Archon ship, reaction mass spewing from myriad holes in its hull.
Commadore Farsee of NES Aardvark to any Kathii vessel along attached trajectory, we are damaged and leaking reaction mass. Commencing general evacuation, request pickup.

Suddenly, a great pillar of flame erupted from the flank of the vessel, sending it into a majestic tri-axial spin. Evacuation pods hurled outwards. Dozens were vaporized in the jet of light, but many more managed to escape, hurtling towards the unknown.
As the ship began its death spiral, every sensor in the system registered an impossible spike. Dozens of vessels began to appear in brilliant flashes, the tremendous energies of hyperspace swirling around their behemoth forms. They maneuvered around these newcomers, raising defensive screens and acquiring targeting data. A massive dreadnought pressed forward, raising its hailing channels.
--PRIORITY TRANSMISSION--
This is Captain Nikola Perez of NES Ajudicator. Foreign vessels of all types: be advised that this is the nation of No Endorse, and as such, we exert sovereign control over the system before you. Please stand down and prepare for yourselves to receive Kathii envoys.
Abh and Huntaerian vessels, reset IFF detection to differentiate between attached frequencies. Archer didn't make it, J. Halsey and A. Firenza were onboard NES Wasp, presumably in escape pods, E. Firenza on surface with B. Halsey, J. Tyne, and most of the government. A Captain Wind is leading the ground assault from NES Tyre. Currently force-landed near government compound, rallying city troops. Laski have taken L1 and L2, moving on L3.
Upon the termination of the message, dozens of additional ships appeared, commencing their attack upon those already present. Vessels were instantly incinerated, near misses with kinetics shattering hulls from the gravitational distortion. One of the vessels barreled towards the Godsend, unleashing a hellish wall of munitions.
Attention Foreign Vessels, this is High Admiral Vaer of the Laski vessel Adjudicator. You are not welcome here, please depart before we are forced to remove you.
The two began exchanging tremendous blows, components hurtling off into the black. Eventually the Godsend's more modern form began to gain the upper hand over the aged Ajudicator, and the vessel broke off towards the planet. A pair of cruisers followed in hot pursuit, slowly whittling away at the enemy vessel.
--PRIORITY TRANSMISSION--
This is Captain Nikola Perez of NES Ajudicator. Damn the envoys and ready battlescreens. All Kathii vessels engage targets of opportunity, watch for blue on blue. Foreign vessels, either depart or fold beneath my command, IFF frequencies attached. Black revert to jump and assault from sunward, white split and defend L4 and L5, we need those stations.
Vessels began splitting from their clouds to comply, clustering almost near enough to see each other visually in their rush. The battle of Sanctuary was winding up.
ooc: at this point, there are somewhere around three hundred vessels of differing types in-system. They are variously blowing each other, the orbiting satellites and stations, and the planet to hell, except for the twenty five or so still hanging around the newcomers. And ZOMG I POSTED!

Titania quickly had her squadron comply with Captain Perez's request. It would be embarrassing to have your weapon systems not functional due tracking the wrong signal. In response, the rest of her squadron signalled back that all was ready on their end.
"Second message coming through."
Attention Foreign Vessels, this is High Admiral Vaer of the Laski vessel Adjudicator. You are not welcome here, please depart before we are forced to remove you.
Ranger Titania the armor plating around her shoulder for a moment before taking a look at what this one had to say. "Well, well. I can't say that I care too much for his tone and we are already well within our manifest to lend aid upon the original request. I think we found our target."
Whitestars began forming up to prepare for an attack run. The general idea was to use speed and accurate firepower to the best of their ability, though with the close quarter fighting going on it wasn't going to be easy. "Whitestars 2 thru 10 form up on my right wing. The rest of you I want bringing up the rear and hitting what we miss. Alright lets get this right in one quick pass. Inform the destroyer to stay behind for now. Let's go!"
Whitestars dropped from their positions in orbit and dove into the fray between the No Endorse vessels. Looking for anywhere they can do the most damage.
The Archon was disappointed he had tried to hold onto hope that such matters would calm and they would be able to pursue some greater cause but being that the situation had now up imploded on itself it was probably time to leave. He sighed disappointed in the wasted time spent in coming to the systems but gave his orders and accessed the ships general comms channel.
"This the Archon speaking, all non-essential first shift personnel please enter the citadel, Second shift personnel man your damage control stations, and Third shift personnel please relocate your bunks to the citadel as well. Engineering prepare for jump..."
Archon Arhous pulled up the citadel controls in his mask by means of eye movement and began the process that filled the citadels outer walls with water acting as a radiation absorber, should anything happen during the jump the citadel was the best place to be, essentially separated from the ship if anything was to survive a jump failure it would be the long central tube of the citadel.
"Sensors, please confirm our location."
"Yes Sire, we are within 3% of a radian from the M-Point"
"Very well Helm make our bearing Two-Six-One to bring us to one percent, and accelerate to Oh-Oh-Six fraction in alignment with the jump. Engineering when the citadel is sealed sound general quarters and depressurize the non essential areas of the ship."
His mask received confirmation as the ship came about and began to accelerate he could see the distance to M-point coming nearer, One thousand meters, six hundred meters, four hundred meters.
"Engineering charge Jump capacitors now!"
His voice broke the silence of the bridge as on instinct he barked the order out, the M-point was closing. Two-hundred meters and closing.
"Bridge Brace for Acceleration Jump. I repeat, Brace, brace, brace."
One hundred meters and closing and though the display showed a bright green mark where he was heading he knew it was just another spot in space no true buoy just a spot of low potential gravity the safest and most efficient means to engage the FTL drive, unfortunately it did limit them from tactical jumps it was none the less proven reliable.
"Fifty meters Sire, jump capacitors ready."
The Archon held his hand up to steady the engineering section. The meters were counting down so fast that he barely had time to say them to himself as he reached the jump point barrier at 3 meters. He gave the order;
"Discharge!"
Current screamed from banks of high density super capacitors into the jump drive. The machine screaming as the world spun around it, it fought with it the drive punching into the universe and taking command for milliseconds spinning the universe around it the ship at its end accelerating linearly in 'real' space until the whip that was the universe snapped itself back under its control the tip of the whip broke the limit and the ship disappeared with a flash of light.

NES Adjudicator shuddered in the gravitational disturbances of the KEWs flying about its colossal form. A few volleys had turned NES Threshold into a gutted hulk drifting through space, and a few more promised to finish NES Energiya. Its battlescreens lowered and hull punctured, she merely waited for the final killing blows that would leave Ajudicator uncontested in the area.
Onboard the bridge, High Admiral Vaer surveyed his Kathii-aligned prey, noting with contempt its Sedin markings. Cowards and fools, eagerly awaiting their coming deaths. However, as he turned to give the command to fire, the whole vessel shook, its battlescreens flaring under some stress. "STATUS REPORT!" he barked, grasping for a handrail.
"Admiral Vaer! It appears that some of the Abh Whitestars are targeting us."
“Gunnery Master, fire at will upon the lead Whitestar. Signal the battleships Orion, Vercin Mallor, and Hermes to fall in line astern. I want Cruiser Groups Six, Eight, and Eleven to join in, and get a line on Dreadnought Hellfire. We must eliminate the foreign scum if we are to properly dispose of these Kathii traitors.”
“Aye sir. Hellfire reports engaging Godsend, Starfire responding in its stead. Kathii forces falling back at the moment, report elements of the enemy’s middle column annihilated, and their flanks falling in to fill the gap.”
“Gentlemen, we are winning the day. The Forgemaster smiles upon our righteous cause.”
====================================================
The force of ships formed up around NES Adjudicator and powered towards the Whitestars, sending what few Kathii-aligned screening elements that were in the area scrambling.
The Kathii lines strained beneath the weight of the attack, and then broke in disarray, vessels scattering and reforming into several distinct boxes. One formed around the endangered Energiya, offloading men and supplies as rapidly as possible, while transferring what damage control teams it could. Others formed around larger vessels or damaged civilian stations, evacuating what they could while their brethren fought the Laski and Vaer aligned forces off.
====================================================
What just happened Sandy?
What do you think just happened Nikola? You can’t hold off three dreadnoughts and nine battleships with a pair of dreadnoughts and four battleships, especially considering you don’t control a single Adjudicator Three. They have two.
We need reinforcements.
We need to leave now. I just got picked up by Proton; we’re organizing a jump to Cheyenne. The system defenses there will keep the Laski off us while we organize a counteroffensive.
“Captain Perez?” Nikola Perez shot out of his trance, glancing around at the interior of the bridge of NES Godsend. “Captain Perez, the Proton is signaling general retreat. Do we comply?”
“Negative, I want all ships in fighting shape to form up around Energiya and fight for time. We need to give the damaged vessels time to jump out.”
“Confirmed.”
Get them out of here Sandy, we’ll cover you.

Dozens of vessels began to move, breaking out of their boxes and charging headlong through enemy formations. Some ships met an early doom in the bold move, atomized by the great cannons of a superior force, but the vast majority succeeded in reaching their destinations. They immediately dispersed, engaging enemy vessels of opportunity, but none could approach Vaer’s column. It continued towards the Whitestars, obliterating everything in its path in a blind rage. They plowed through a cruiser formation, leaving it completely gutted for its trailing formations to mop up.
The battle was rapidly turning, only the few Abh vessels stood between the Kathii forces and certain destruction.

<Lord, things have indeed changed.>
<I am aware. Which vessel has threatened us?>
<Several Lord. The one most likely to cause us trouble are these "Laski" they seem to have the upper hand. They have noted hostile intent against all ships not bearing their IFF code. Suggest engaging their apparent flagship.>
<Done, engage with all weapons as we bear on them. Targets of opportunity until then. Prepare the Marines. They will accompany me to the planet surface, where I will seek out these "Laski" and speak with them most firmly.>
The motionless ship stretched over 13 kilometers in length. It was studded with weapons. It was big, it was heavily armed, and until this moment, had been doing a fair impression of the interstellar medium. That all changed, like the flip of a switch turning on a light, the Redemption's massive drives and incredible heavy weaponry lit up space with readings a drunken farmer could have understood. Something dangerous was moving, and fast. It blurred through the void, targeting anything that bore an IFF the same as that held by the Laski command vessel, and when their weapons struck home, they would strike with literally continent shattering force, each blast enough to reduce hundreds of kilometers of terrain into a glassy crater nearly a mile deep.
Staging Deck, Battlecruiser Redemption:
28 Wyverns stood on the deck, a full company. Enough raw firepower to kill a very large number of sentients. Behind them, stood what most cultures would have recognized as a dragon, thick and menacing, its coppery orange hue was a lie. It was not copper, or any other terrestrial metal. It was something else entirely. An unnamed material, with interesting properties. For it was alive.
<Activate the gate. You observe the engagement. Deploy us to the heaviest fighting. We will find some of these "Laski" there, and when we do, they will provide me with answers.>
<Yes lord. Boson Generation has occurred, gate is linking. Gate activated. You will be placed on the lower story of a building. There has been fighting in and around the area for some time.>
<Very well. I shall return.>
29 beings stepped through the gate, and appeared on the bottom floor of a building just off the street. They paused for a moment, adjusting to the new locality, before stepping outside, and heading up the street. They were not at all inconspicuous, unless 11 foot tall suits of armor, and 17 foot tall metallic dragons were a common sight on this planet. And who knew, stranger things had been known to occur.
As the Kathii began to retreat from the onslaught of their Laski counterparts, and while the Abh and Huntaerian ships fought back as much as they could against the might of a fleet much larger than their own, and as the Andermanii revealed themselves and threw themselves into the fray, hope arrived.
And it came in a big package as a single wormhole appeared in the space being filled with energy fire, hulks of destroyed ships, and fleets of ships, and disgorged a single ship. Most would laugh at this, but those who knew the GDI and their capabilities, did not laugh. This was the single most powerful, and largest ship, they had in their Navy. Which made sense, as it was the flagship, the GDIS Eagle/ Significantly larger than the Andermani's own, being a whopping 23 kilometers long.
Commanded by High Admiral James Conway, this ship was part of the infamous 1st Fleet, as known as the Hellhawks, whom had battled with Kane and had won out in what was known as the Fourth Battle for Earth, and decisively pasted them. They were the beginnings of the GDI Navy, and as such, had the most experience. With its immense size, hull and ablative armor strength, amount and strength of its weaponry, along with the power of the ship, it could handle entire fleets by itself. The GDI could not spare any ships in the aftermath of the 2nd Fleet's near destruction by the Balroggans in the Battle for Jurai, so they had sent what they could.
The Admiral gazed out over the battle, watching the fire being exchanged. The tactical holo displayed the information of the battle. Their IFF first tagged the Kathii as enemies, until E.V.A., the GDI's version of Artificial Intelligences, quickly ascertained them being the allies whom had sent out the call for help. Well, that and the Abh and Huntaerian ships not firing at them, and their IFF data locking onto the Laski, made things much easier.
"Activate the Ion Lancers and keep an eye out for fighters. Deploy ablative armor systems and I want all weapon systems green. Take us to Code Red and lock onto all enemy targets. You will fire on my command."
"Understood, Admiral. Working...."
The ship seemed to transform, the inert weapons springing to life, each capable of independent action and movement, but could be set to unified action if need be. The railgun batteries activated and the Ion Lancers/Blasters powered up, white energy glowing in the barrels. Missile batteries perked up and began auto-targeting. The hull, already incredible thick and warded against kinetic and energy fire, was given another layer of ablative armor protection, with the same properties. This ship would be tough to crack.
The lights went to a blood-red and the crew raced throughout the ships. The troops prepared for boarding/anti-boarding action and the fire control, repair, and ammunition teams prepared for battle. Soon, everyone was at their stations as they prepared for battle.
The ship eased through space, its immense size slowing it down to a rather slow speed. They were already in battle, the Ion Lancers lashing out and destroying any projectile weaponry coming within range, the beams of white, clean energy lashing out and cutting through the materials like a hot knife through butter.
They soon came within range, and locked onto the ships surrounding the NES Adjucator. E.V.A.'s voice came back, neutral, calm....soothing.
"Enemy vessels locked, Admiral. Recommend we contact the enemy and try diplomatic discourse."
James sighed. "No need, EVA. We have already seen that the legitimate government is the one that contacted the Senate about this matter. The others are rebels."
"I see. May I activate battle procedures?"
He smiled. "You may." The A.I. went quiet, and the power for the unit went out for a short three seconds before turning back on. The holoprojector flickered and showed what looked to be an advanced A.I. looking like a young woman. She had code running all over her, and she glowed in a light blue light. Flicking her hair, which sprayed off some symbols, she looked at the Admiral and smiled.
"Finally! I wish InOps would hurry up and allow my existence without that damned restrictive mode! She shuddered. "It's like being a sensory-deprivation suit..."
The Admiral spoke. "The battle, Lena."
"I know, I know. All targets locked and ready to fire on your order."
"What happened to the diplomacy suggestion of before."
"They can kiss my ass."
"Now now, I'd normally tell you to watch your mouth young lady....but we have rebels, and the rules don't apply. Fire at will, Lena."
She grinned and the Eagle, along with the space around it, turned instantly into a hellstorm. Hundreds of railgun batteries opened up and poured countless numbers of kinetic shells, filled with Tiberium in their cores to provide a powerful explosion on impact, as well as instant infection on impact, though that was only a chance and it took some doing (aka volleys) to do so. Missiles followed suite, filling space like fighters, reminding anyone who saw them of the TIE fighter swarms used by the Galactic Empire. They locked on using advanced sensors and drove themselves into enemy ships, exploding and sending a powerful force powered by Tiberium into their hulls, also allowing a chance for infection.
Finally, the Ion Blasters, which covered the ship in small batteries, unlike the frontal ones on the other classes, opened up, the anti-capital weaponry unleashing hordes of Ion energy (not SW Ion; this merely cuts up ships and blows shit up ^^) at the Laski ships, slicing and cutting into armor whenever it hit. All the while, projectiles and fighters, if any came towards the Eagle would find themselves in hell as space was lit up, along with the other weapons, lances of Ion energy that were high-speed, tracking, and there was lots of them.
This ship, designed to be a fleet in itself and capable of taking on fleets, entered the fray, and a message was sent out to the Abh, Huntaerian, and Andermanii ships, as well as any Kathii ships remaining.
Greetings all; this is High Admiral Conway, GDI 1st Fleet, aboard the flagship Eagle. I have come, as was promised, to provide aid for the embattled Kathii and push these rebels back to where they belong. We shall remain until forced out, destroyed, or we win. That is the word of Director Granger. He also welcomes any Kathii ships, refugee's, etc, into GDI space. Any Laski will be annihilated on sight. Now, lets get about thrashing these guys, eh?

Though busy elsewhere in the depths of Space, the New Dornalian Government never passed up an opportunity to Spread Socialism Across the Stars...or at the very least, assist former colleagues in danger of collapse. The message heard in the GFFA Section of the Commissariat of Foreign Affairs was trobuling indeed.
The war for Jurai, however, was not far from the minds of Premier Robert MacIntyre though, as he was planning this mission. He had already earmarked so much for the Jurai mission, anything else was going to be a sideshow at this point. The Defense Commissariat had a lot to spare, though....so a single battlegroup was sent to No Endorse, Cheyenne, the place specified in the message, along with plenty of medical and food supplies, plus replicators of all sorts and generators to produce needed supplies on site.
Commanded by Admiral Peter Sainsbury of the Rocker, he delivered a message to the Kathii and all allied Clans, along with any allied units in the area. Warping into the area, Sainsbury sent out this message:
"To all Allied Forces in the Area--
This is Admiral Peter Sainsbury of the NDS Rocker, of Battlegroup Rocker. We have come in the name of the Workers and Peasants of New Dornalia to stop the putschist actions of the Laski Clan and their puppet Armies. We deliver not only military aid but also material aid to assist in reconstruction."
OOC: Battlegroup Composition:
1 Mao Zedong Mark IV Battleship (the flagship that forms the name of the battlegroup. Each Mao is lovingly named after an AC/DC song, as my allies are well aware of.)
50 Mao Zedong Mark IIIa Pocket Battleships (they've been reduced to the status since their 10 km cousins came out)
10 Prochkhorovka II Refit Fleet Carriers, with Marinesko II fighters and Komsomol III fighter bombers.
40 Lin Biao II Heavy Cruisers
400 Drone Ships (they're expendable, so I can use lots of these)

Explosions rocked Titania's Whitestar as she seemed to be the main target of the Foremaster's forces. Her pilots worked tirelessly to keep the vessel's original path while still dodging the incoming fire. Even now though they were taking hits which was sending the automatic repairs into a frenzy trying to fix the damage.
"Damages to the hull along the starboard section. Whitestar 5 has been destroyed and 7 has to pull back due to damages received."
Titania grunted with another loud impact. Losing a Whitestar on the first straffing pass was not the greatest of signs. "Give me everything you got into engines. Increase speed to maximum. I want the enemy to look at their screen and only see a blur as to where we were."
"If I was holding anything back, I would tell you."
The Ranger watched as the first ship in line came into view. "Forward batteries prepare to fire. Fire!"
Abh Whitestars attacked the first ship in line with precision and in quick succession. Energy beams cut down towards the hull of the ship looking for anything that might cripple the large vessel or weaken its abilities. Fusion pulse cannons fired rapidly following the attacks of the Whitestars' main energy attack.
"Tell the second group to hold back and block off any further attacks on Kathii forces. Let's give them some breathing room."
"Yes ma'am."
The second wave of Whitestars stopped short and formed a defensive line between the retreating Kathii forces and Admiral Vaer's forces. The lone Victory Class Destroyer moved in as well to add a little weight to the line ready for its target. All that was needed was for Titania to name a target and the ship would unleash a painful warning to stay back.

The screens flashed brilliantly as they fell beneath the bombardment, the hull of the great vessel exposed to the hell directed at it. The vessel fired off one last message to break formation and regroup, and detonated. The glare blinded sensors across the system, a whole new star created for a split second.

"Uh, Titania... the Sephrions just fired on a Kathii vessel. It's down ma'am."
Titania's crimson hair matched the color of her face. "They did WHAT!?" The normally calm Ranger was indecipherable through the constant streams of curses and babble. She was about to give orders when a new message came through.

"Yes ma'am."
Attention all Kathii vessels incapable of making the jump. Form up on our squadron and we will lead you into Hyperspace. You will travel with us to the next destination.
Travelling through Hyperspace either required a jump gate to form the vortex or a ship large enough to make its own gate, the rest took care of its self. Luckily every White Star and the Victory Destroyer was capable of forming one. Multiple Hyperspace vortexes flashed into existance. The Abh squadron would lead the incapable ships into Hyperspace and they would lead them back out again.

Redemption surged deeper into the Laski formation. The government forces were retreating, but there were almost certainly Kathii holdouts on the surface. As the Marines marched through the shattered city, they sought out any Kathii survivors, gathering them up and sending them back to the portal that had brought them, sending them safely to the staging deck of the embattled Battlecruiser.
Battlecruiser Redemption:
The 13.5 kilometer long ship weaved through enemy formations, laying down a web of fire, and covering the last few crippled Kathii holdouts for a few critical moments, perhaps long enough to get drives online, or to set scuttling charges and escape. It didn't much matter to the Setians, they were there for blood, and they would have it in plenty. Their guns turned momentarily on the vessel that had forced the Kathii to retreat, laying a mass of firepower at the ShinRa ship. As suddenly as it had appeared, the monstrosity seemed to dissolve, leaving behind a fairly large explosive device, and a gate to the Cheyenne system. The first ship to get within a hundred kilometers of that gate would get a nasty surprise. Very rarely did teraton range antimatter devices go off at such short range and not at least wake up the crew of the unlucky ship in question.
Surface, Marine Company Bravo, Battlecruiser Redemption:
The fighting was heavier towards the west, and so west the headed, the 28 suits of armor, and one really big mean scary metallic hellbeast, cutting a swathe of devastation through the city center, reducing buildings to rubble to create a shorter path to their destination. Anything that happened to get in the way of the advancing column was virtually guaranteed to eat it in short order, unless an armored division was randomly in their way at some point, in which case it might take slightly longer to hack their way through and get the breakout they were fighting for.

OOC: Apologies for the short post, not gonna lie--not much to work with. Also, made some edits when I realized there probably ain't any Laski at Cheyenne.
The New Dornalians spared no time in getting a delegation to the Godsend[I], sending a Gagarin II shuttle to the ship. The message was sent to the [I]Godsend also, "This is Admiral Sainsbury. I am coming with a delegation now, in a shuttle. We are authorized to negotiate with your commander, and to plot battle strategy." Sainsbury couldn't help but notice the devastation and the horror occuring all around him as the shuttle flew to the Kathii vessels; it was somewhat unnerving to be greeted by a ghost fleet at best, and a junkyard at worst. What had they lept into?
