After his aide finished reading the report, the Director closed his eyes to let the news digest. There wasn't much to be said about the democracy forces. They knew that they held a few pockets of the country and the assassin who killed the dictator with an M40 was a certain Peter but aside from that nothing. His superiors would side with the democrats as a matter of principle, the Federation being a democratic state, but with the look of things they wouldn't gain much by helping the rebels. on the other hand, diplomatic relations with the Imperial Dictatorship of Greal had just been established recently. This was a good chance to improve those relations. this might not outweigh the bad PR the Federation would receive if they helped a dictatorship quash a democratic rebellion but that wasn't a problem for Lagura.

"we're joining in." he said at last. "but this will be a black op. strictly off the record. no one but those involved in this operation will be informed. is that clear?"

"yes, sir." Thomson the aide had gotten used to the Director's pastime of getting involved in incidents that the Government wouldn't dream of getting entangled, in a manner that would never be sanctioned. Fortunately, the Sly Fox,as he was known, had a talent for secrecy and cleaning his fingerprints making it impossible for the administration to know what he had been doing and even harder to implicate the Federation in any of his adventures.

500 members of the FFIS' crack Special Operations Division were airborne within the hour. 5 C-130s ferried them to BHR escorted by a squadron of Tornadoes. They were the first batch of "volunteers" sent to aid the BHR government.

FFIS spy satellites swarmed over the country and FFIS agents also scuttled back and forth to smooth their arrival.

The situation in BHR has caught our attention, widespread fighting over the region, nations supporting and giving aid to the Democratic rebels that assasinated Dictator Azali, which i see as a barbaric act and unhumane,


We will support the legitimate government of Azali, and willing to give troops, food, and financial aid, as this is the right thing to do, we condemn the actions of the other nations who supported the rebellion of the Democrats, though we are labeled Democratic Monarchy by the UN, because the assasination of Azali only caused nothing but destruction to the region. I ask that the other nations especially our allies that reconsider about helping the rebels, instead, restore peace and order on BHR, and repealing this rebels


Over the next 24 hours, i will send troops, food, and medical aid to BHR, we will land it near Romana, and immediately take that rebel controlled city
