What do people think of an Iron Chef type thread where two nations would meet and make dishes based around a theme ingredient with a verity of various people (form other nations possibly) judging the dishes. At first this would be held in my nation but it could move to other nations later on.

The idea is to allow people to show their nations food (via Chefs) and taste (via Judges and Chefs). And to allow various important people from various nations to make appearances.

My current idea is that first there is an intro by the Chairman if Gourmet Academy (at first the Kye Gourmet Academy it will change depending on host) Than each Chef posts their dishes. Than the Judges judge the Dishes. Than the Chairman announces the winner. Than each Chef says his closing comment.

So any interest, suggestions, or comments?

Any number of dishes can be made (be reasonable, and make a few in case one is not to the tastes of a judge so I recommend 3 to 8)
Unlike the Show there need not be a 1 hour time limit (but make it look like things are going fast)
Unlike reality any ingredients and equipment in any quantity are available
Unlike most threads this is not intended to be competitive so you can have your Chef do as well or poorly as you wish

LOL, I wish Siap was here, his nation had lots of exotic refreshments.

Sign me up, my chefs have alot of weird recipes that my people are renowned/notorious for. Like apple fritter curry and beer popsicles (my people put beer in alot of stuff)
