Open story, no nuclear or chemical missiles allowed

During the previous night, special forces units of unknown nationality have silently infiltrated one of Abyscendia's major military bases, Area 31. No information at all has been able to be retrieved about the infiltration. The unknown nation willing to admit to this act of war will be declared a public enemy of Abyscendia. Future plans of recapturing will be kept secret for now.

Our nation is offering its assistance to your nation, provided that you give full disclosure. We find it fascinating that someone has managed to do this action against you completely anonymous without any trace, even our investigators are at a loss to know who did this act. We find this a challenge and wish to help recapture the lost item. A worthy opponent for the both of us, yes?

GRIFFITH-II sat at his desk when Heinrich Slaag, the Commander of the S.T.F. (GWO's Secret Police, Elite Forces, Political Bodyguards, and GRIFFITH-II's Private Army) walked in, holding the stolen file (Missile launch codes, military information, covert operations in progress) and announced, somewhat proudly, "We've got it, My Leige." He placed it on GRIFFITH-II's desk, saluted, and showed himself out of the Grand Commander's office. GRIFFITH-II opened the file and began reading the information. "They quite literally don't know what hit them..." GRIFFITH-II quietly said to himself, snickering slightly.

First of all, thank you for your assistance, further down this letter is the information regarding the mysterious invasion of Area 31. Please regard this piece of information as extremely important, and do not reveal to anyone else.

Approximately 20,000 soldiers, 2000-3000 of them officers, were stationed at Area 31. After the invasion, our communication with all and any personnel at the base was destroyed. Immediately after the invasion, one of our satellites in space managed to capture a satellite image of the base. There was no sign of anything and/or anyone.
Hidden very well in the basement of the base were plans for many Abyscendian military projects. A few of the most important documents included plans for a near-invincible tank/mobile base, and also plans for transfering the use of renewable energy to military vehicles, especially tanks. Another important document include the launch codes of our global missile launch codes, and every single important black ops operations' info. Our government has no way of knowing if our documents are still safe and hidden, or are already being researched by our unknown enemy.
In case of future infilitrations and invasions, one of our top classes of soldiers, the Abyss Storm Force, have been stationed at every single one of the seven military bases nearby and surrounding Area 31. The exact location of these bases will not yet be revealed.
There is practically only one way to be infiltrate the entire base discreetly, especially at this level. That is to somehow convert the entire guard force to surrender. Any ideas your government has regarding this invasion will be well discussed in future meetings.

As GRIFFITH-II turned the pages, he discovered the plans for the mobile base project. "My, my, it looks like they're copying our beloved HPACV." he muttered to himself. He phoned one of the S.T.F. teams still in Abyscendia, and ordered them to hack one of Abyscendia's ship's entire cruise missile system, use the launch codes, and direct the missiles to Religious Centers across the nation, which hopefully would spark a civil war. "Understood My Leige. Attempting to access missile command system now." replied the Agent in charge of the team that was being contacted.

"Looks like your plan worked, Lieutenant." General Warrick McAllister bellowed at his lieutenant. Second Lieutenant Jackson Connolley smiled. "I just hope that they never realize the actual missile launch codes are encrypted. There'll be a helluva lot to pay if they manage to fire our own missiles on our country." The general frowned, and asked, "Is there any hint about that in the documents?" "Unfortunately, yes. But, only three people in the world know about it. Me, you and Captain Thomas Johnson." "Well, where is he?" "Um, in Area 31......."

The morning broke as light streamed into Marek I office window, a steaming cup of coffee was sitting on a trivet which sat on the massive cherry wood desk that was in Marek's office. Marek was looking over the news from overnight and as he flipped open the top of his latop a knock sounded from outside his office. Gordon opened the door slightly and stepped into the room. "Good morning Your Majesty, sorry for the interuption, but the Prime Minister has asked to move his daily appointment up, he has something rather pressing to tell you." Gordon looked at Marek I for some sort of approval to allow the PM into the office. Marek looked up from his laptop to say "very well Gordon." Marek stood up to recieve the PM and the Gary Rhys walked into the room. "Good Morning Your Majesty, I am sorry for the urgency of this meeting but an incident has come to the attention of our foreign office that needs to be addressed immediately." Gary walked into the room and shook the Grand Dukes hand and then bowed before him. Gary handed him a leather padfolio and Marek I opened it up and read the information contained in it. Marek shook his head and said "a new nation violated in such a way, do we know is responsible?" Gary replied "Not at this time your majesty, our foreign office is working on it and our intelligence agents are currently gathering information." Marek looked disappointed and said "very well Mr. Prime Minister, keep me informed." Gary reponded quickly with "Of course Your Majesty!" Marek closed the padfolio and said "However, in the mean time I think I will make contact with Abyscendia. Make preparations to have a diplomat meet with their representative. I will send a telegram to Abyscendia. A stable and peaceful nation is always good for the world." Gary turned to leave the room and said "Yes Your Majesty, I will make arrangements right away." Gary left the room and Gordon came in. "Gordon, I want to send a telegram to Abyscendia." Gordon reached for a pad and pen and said "I am ready Your Majesty." Marek sat down at his desk and began to speak:

Dear Mr. President-

We have been made aware of the situation which is currently taking place in your nation. We understand the gravity and seriousness of this event and want you to know Great Majorca will not stand by and watch a sovereign nation be undermined in such a fashion. The security and stability of Abyscendia is of great importance to Great Majorca and we wish to help you resolve this matter that has been placed on your nation. My government is currently preparing a special envoy to your nation as soon as we have a contact for your nation. In the short term we have made available to your nation 1.75 billion Crown Royals and we will supply 2 special forces units to help gather intelligence for your defense forces. We hope that through diplomatic channels and peaceful means your incident can be resolved.

Gordon put the pen down on the desk and said "I will send this straight away Your Majesty. I will notify you as soon as we have a response." Marek nodded and Gordon left the office to send the telegram.

"Mr President, it seems that the nation Great Majorca have also decided to help our nation, this is turning into an important global issue, we cannot afford to sit around and wait for things to happen." General McAllister growled at the shrinking president, afraid of making a mistake that will turn his already disappearing career into a national humiliation. "Well then, what do you propose we do?" He shuddered, afraid of what the general was going to say. "Send in the Stormers." The general replied darkly, picking up the phone. "Get me the Abyscendian Academic Institute, on the double."

We're cross-referencing the most likely routes into and out of your country specifically where your loss occurred. We're asking discreet questions from your neighboring nations and liberating any radar information they may have had during the time of your predicament.

Its still too early to tell, but we are certain that the nation who did this to you was of a higher technology than you, there are some unusual isotopes found near the site indicating a high tech weapon and there are indications in an area outside your country of similar technology for engines... although we can't tell yet if it was air or sea transport.

Our psych profile of the potential aggressor is that he wants to potentially cause some accident making your government look bad and create chaos in the population. Our covert operatives are on the lookout for any propaganda that portrays your governmental insufficiencies. How quickly do you anticipate that our worthy opponent has before he unravels the stolen documents?
