Looking down on the piece of paper he was supposed to proof read, he looked up at the fearless leader, a smirk on her face, her hands on her hips, before taking a gulp before he uttered, "Are you crazy!?" She shook her head, giving a sigh as she wrenched the paper out of his hands, "I'm the one that gave you this position Kyon, it's better than being out there doing that," She pointed out, noting two girls walking around in the crowd handing out flyers while wearing bunny girl suits, "And anyway...it's about time I go on." Kyon stood up sharply, his hand outstretched, "Wait, Haruhi!" but it was too late as Haruhi stood at the podium, overlooking a crowd of thousands of people.

Tapping the mic, she tested it for a moment before finally picking it up. Giving a short cough, she gave the crowd an inquisitive look. Taking a deep breath she opened her mouth, "Ultra Detective Suzumiya Haruhi speaking....If there are any aliens....espers, time travelers, or interesting people in this crowd, then WELCOME!!" she let out a scream, her calm composure turning into a devilish grin, "It is time to create a new world, a place where our mundane lives are no longer mundane, where we can have much more enjoyable and memorable experiences!" She took the mic off of the stand before approaching the gocking crowd, "Haven't you had enough of working at a dead end 9 to 5 job, only to come home to old reruns of the Power Rangers and Law & Order? Haven't you had enough of the same news over and over on the television...no UFO sitings, conspiracies, etc!? I, Ultra Detective and High Chancellor Suzumiya Haruhi, am here to free you of all those troubles!" She stamped down her foot before taking a deep breath.

"So I welcome you all to a new century, a new world...and together, us....the SOS Dan, will be able to unlock the secrets of this world. There are too many man made boundaries...we have to take a stand for ourselves...and accept the world for what it is....fake. This world that we live in is a fake world, made through conflicts and prejudice. That one religion is set over another, that one country in this entire world is better than the other. If we were all born from the womb...does that not make us the same? The fact is," She returned to the podium, placing the mic back into the stand and her hands on the front of the podium forcefully, "That there is no right or wrong......evil or just....there is only choice. And from here on out, it is our choice to make this fake world into a new world....filled with possibilities again. What if the world wasn't round, but was also multidimensional!"

Kyon gave a pained sigh as he listened from behind the corner at Haruhi's rambling. "We have to rediscover these answers for ourselves...everything that is presented to us was from our ancestors....but in order for us to understand them...do we not have to re simulate and recreate them. So if you are with me....then you are all members..no...all citizens of the SOS Dan, and together, we can create this new world!!" The crowd was silent for a moment, as if staring down at Haruhi. Haruhi let out a sigh, "You may clap and cheer now...." she said under her breath, and with that, a shout of cheering and applause. Haruhi felt pleased with herself as she stepped down the stage. The dreams she had when she was a child would soon become true. Kyon would open his mouth before Haruhi would silence him with a single finger, "I named the currency after you...can't you atleast be thankful for that." Kyon gave up, and with a sigh, he gathered the agenda together and exitted with Haruhi, silhouetted by her cool and refined stride.

Haruhi felt exhausted as she walked out from the podium, Kyon grimacing at her before she shrugged him off and took off her jacket. "We've already recieved several telegrams and messages from other neighboring nations, I'm sure they'll want to meet with you and discuss--" Kyon began, but as his gaze fell on Haruhi once more, she was just staring right back at him with a smile, "Why are you looking at me like that Haruhi." Haruhi stood up, "It's Ultra Detective Suzumiya Haruhi to you...and anyways....isn't it wonderful," she leaned back against the wall, "We are all ready recieving lots of vows of support and diplomacy". Kyon gocked in his mind, 'More like fear and the opportunity of exploitation.'

"And anyways....we can't just leave our borders closed...how would we ever increase in strenght. This isn't Feudal Japan, we have to become strong as fast as we can...strong enough so that we can open our horizons to the far depths of the universe." Kyon gave a pained sigh as he looked up at the ceiling, "And you think you can do this?"

Haruhi let out a smirk, "Of course....but our main focus now should be to defense, international, interdimensional, and interplanetary diplomacy" Kyon ran his hand through his hair, "You really don't change at all...."

"Damn straight" Suzumiya Haruhi grinned, "So set up the meetings, chop chop....I'm going to take a bath" and with that, even before Kyon could make a question, she was gone. Her dream was coming true...and she was going to shape the world into a better place, unknowing of the dire consequences...for the good....and the bad.

OOC: I have only seen a few episodes of what you are basing this off on but... I have to say, you just produced win.

State Dacha, Ariga, TSRT

Foregin Minister Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Gromkyo looked hard at General Secretary Basvorich Narmonov, leader of the Totalitarian State of Red Tide.

"Erm-excuse me, comrade General Secretary." Gromkyo asked, in that plain voice of his, "But... why me? I have numerous subordinates capable of doing the job and-"

"Your deputy will have to take over your duties while you are gone." Narmonov said, ignoring the original question, which usually meant 'because I said so.'

Gromkyo wanted too sigh in exasperation, but that would be uncharacteristic of him and would possibly get him liquidated.

So he said, "So you want too send me too-" A pause, "this Holy Empire of SOS Dan to meet this-" another pause, "Ultra Detective Suzumiya Haruhi? Just so I get this straight."

Gromkyo had too admit, the title sounded... unique. Although he probably would describe it as humerous, it sounded like something a Red Tide Mafia thug would come up with.

Narmonov nodded, puffing on his 40's style tabacco pipe. He didnt proceed, which was a signal that meant 'Yes... and?'

"Very well, comrade General Secretary..." Gromkyo finally said. "I shall go."

"GOOD!" Narmonov said, "You leave in six hours. Good day." And then he picked up another report from his desk.

Gromkyo nodded, said goodbye as politely as he could, and left.

He wanted too groan at the thought of visiting this place, but that would-again-be uncharacteristic of him.

He walked on, wondering what they would talk about.

Quick add a few extra cases of our finest wines and extend greetings to the delegates, perhaps they will appreciate our warrior culture and invite knowledge exchange. Just don't provoke them to duels, we don't know if they are to be treated as friends yet."

Word traveled fast in the Workers State...and this new nation was no exception. The speech was picked up over most major broadcasting media, and even in the faraway space of New Leningrad, a NSYoutube copy of the speech was circling, to the amusement of some, the fascination of others.

"Ultra Detective? Heck of a title," said Carla Baileygates. She had learned to expect everything in her work as the Commissar of Foreign Affairs. Ninja Jedi. Chaos Marines. Recalcitrant Diplomats. But not an Ultra Detective.

This demanded a letter, on general principle.

In the name of the Workers And Peasants of the Workers State of New Dornalia, I greet you in peace. If possible, I would like to have an audience with you, to discuss the opening of diplomatic relations.

Yuki Nagato sat down at a computer terminal, her ambidextrous fingers slamming down in rapid succession on the keyboard as Kyon tiresomely approached her from behind. "How's it going?" He let out a yawn, having taken a nap after the initial speech.

"There are multiple nations of over 1 million people seeking diplomacy. I predict that this will only increase in the future, as well as the possibility of an attempt of other nations converting the SOS Dan's resources, and ultimately produce a puppet state or satellite of their own." Kyon blinked for a moment, flabbergasted
at Yuki's comment before she continued, "But this is only speculation. However, for every 3.568 nations to offer diplomacy, the percent of possibility of internal corruption increases by 2.5%"

Kyon sat down in a seat, holding a cup of coffee in his hand as he took a sip, "And it's only more likely that Haruhi will try to contact everyone of them." Yuki turned to Kyon with her still face, devoid of emotion, "You are correct," before returning back to the computer. Standing back up, Kyon stretched as he patted Yuki on the shoulder, "Keep up the good work", before exiting the room.

-------------------------------------------------------------

"Send invitations to all of them!" Haruhi cheerfully said. 'I knew it' thought Kyon as he picked up the papers and returned to his desk to commence the telegrams.

12 hours later

The plane was actually a K-5 Military Cargo Aircraft, converted for use by government officials. It had the Red Tide flag emblazoned on its side with a dove(ironic, all things considered) painted below the flag, showing it belonged too the Red Tidean Foreign Ministry.

The pilot flicked the radio transmitter as he came into range of [insert capitols cities airport name here].

"This is Red Tide Diplomatic Flight-Beta, on course for [insert capitol cities airport name here] airport. Requesting clearance too land, over." The pilot said in the local language.

"This is command tower, copy that, permission granted" the Airport Control Tower said as the plane was setup for landing. Kyon paced back and forth infront of the arriving gates in a formal black/white suit. "You don't have to be so nervous" said a familiar voice as it approached, giving Kyon a fox-like smile. "Itsuki...what are you doing here?" Kyon asked, "Aren't you supposed to be overseeing security?" Itsuki chuckled, "All of that is taken care of....I figured you might need a little help," he smiled once more as he pocketed his hands. A few moments passed before Kyon calmly said, "Could you please stop staring at me like that"

---------------------------------------------------------
Haruhi lifted up paper after paper, speed reading it before either stamping it with a red or a green marker. A knock on the door sounded as Haruhi looked up, "Ah...the tea is ready then....come in" She said as Mikuru entered, fashioned in her trademark maid costume, "H-h-here is your tea....M...Ms Suzumiya" she said as she tried to balance her way toward the desk, placing the tea down. Haruhi eyed her for a moment, sending a gulp down Mikuru's throat before Haruhi finally spoke up, "You need to become more Moe, Mikuru...you can go now" With a sigh of relief, the half frightened Mikuru left the room, tray in hand.

The plane touched down smoothly... of course.

The plane rolled up too its directed place, the ladder was rolled up, the door opened... and several hard faced Commissars(distinguishable by their black suits, sunglasses, and the electronic collars around their necks) armed with submachine guns stormed down the ladder and fanned out around the ladder. There was a short pause as they scanned the area, then, the leader spoke through the miniature radio's that were on their ears.

Then Foreign Minister Gromkyo appeared on the top of the stairs. A tall man, at 6'1, he boasted a impassive face that could cause a psychic too wonder what he was thinking(metaphorically speaking). He continued down the steps, reaching too his ear halfway to activate a ear-based translator. He only knew Russian after all.

A single Commissar, this one without a collar, followed him. He was rather unarmed and sported the insignia of a Commissarat Brigidier-General on his shoulders.

Several delegates from ShogunKhan arrived on a civilian aircraft, "I knew we shouldn't have traveled coach, there's no one here to greet us." said the youngest delegate, Representative Beltsash Greenhorn.

"Worry not young Wawi, other delegates will arrive shortly in more fanfare. And they will be greeted officially" answered the oldest delegate, Grand Representative Sufi Sensei, "and they have all the wine as well. We shall mingle here with the crowd until someone official approaches us."

"But what if no one tells them we're here, GR?" complained the younger one.

"Ah, but our Wasts, our Warriors of Stealth, have informed me that other parties may wish to meet with us and it is rude to refuse a potential meeting.", answered patiently the 87 year old with a 43 year old body.

"I thought we Wawis, Warriors of Wisdom were the first to have arrived in this new land, how did the Wasts get here so fast?", wondered Beltsash Greenhorn.

Sufi Sensei looked at his young protege and smiled while the other delegates gathered the luggage from the common area, "There are some mysteries that even I am not privy to, young Wawi." With that they all went to mingle into the crowd and waiting to see if there really was another group wishing to "discuss" with the ShogunKhan representatives.

Carla Baileygates flew over to the capital of the territory this "SOS-Dan" commanded, not by any sort of civil aircraft, but by that most spacelike of things, a Gagarin II Shuttle. Somewhat like a small Gulfstream V, the vehicle was used ordinarily by the People's Navy to ferry troops to surfaces below, much like the Hueys of the Vietnam Era. Now, it served a more peaceful purpose. It held only Commissar Baileygates, and her two bodyguards. Haruhi would find them interesting indeed, for they would fit into her search for espers, among other things....

As they flew towards the airport, Carla remarked at the remarkably undeveloped nature of this country. Compared to Los Angeles, Earth SSR, the look of it was so. . .well, she couldn't describe it. It seemed different, though. Perhaps this was what life was before the Apocalypse?

The pilot of the Dropship, meanwhile, radioed the tower, using frequencies and language they could get. "Control Tower, this is Birdy-Two-One-Five, bearing the Commissar for Foreign Affairs from the Workers State of New Dornalia. Permission to land?"

A formation of military aircraft were approaching the nation of The Holy Empire of SOS Dan.

"This is fighter squadron HEDAN on approach to your airspace, we are a diplomatic envoy from ShogunKhan, we request permission to enter your airspace so that we can land at the approved coordinates and meet your official representatives."

The formation was quite sharp and flying a very close formation in a very skilled manner.

Said one pilot to another pilot on a private channel: "I hope they appreciate the gifts of these fighter jets as a gesture of good will."

"I just hope that its not below their tech level, that'd be embarrassing." said the other pilot.

"But our intelligence claimed that this was precisely their tech level and we only had a few hours to get familiarized with this version.... it seems pretty high tech for me." said the first.

"Since when do the Wasts have 100% success in their intelligence?" said the second.

"QUIT YOUR INCESSANT CHATTER, WE'RE SUPPOSED TO BE WAWI DIPLOMATS" said the squadron leader as the formation was flying in a holding pattern awaiting instructions.

A large, silver-scaled dragon broke through the atmosphere, his powerful wings making him look like the dragon version of a 747, followed by two X-wing starfighter escorts. On his back rode the esteemed Jedi Master Minamoto Kyushi and the legendary Toad Sage Jiraiya, bearing gifts of a powerful space nation, including several gallons of blue milk, Corellian Whiskey, and a basket of exotic fruits, veggies, cheeses and bread. That's not all, for there was another basket bearing holographic devices, several weapons, datapads on the various nations of space, and enchanted magical items. Not to mention a trade agreement and other matters.

With several lazy sweeps of his wings, Prince Ryujin no Seiryuu, the son of King Sarinon no Seiryuu arrived behind Carla Baileygates and noted the fighter jets of the Shogunkhan with neutral eyes. Then he tapped a comlink on his ear.

"This is Ryujin no Seiryuu, bearing gifts and representatives on behalf of the Jedi High Council. Requesting permission to land, over!"

((OOC:: Wow, I have to say that I never imagined that there would be this much input and events going on. I'll try to reply as soon as possible, since I do work 5 days a week. Anyways, lets have some fun ^^))

Each diplomat's aircraft were minutes from each other, and as Kyon and Itsuki stood at the incoming flight gate, Kyon couldn't help but feel the butterflies in his stomach collect into a form of paper mache. "It seems that everyone is arriving in a timely manner," Itsuki said as he took a radio from his side and spoke into it, "This is E-1, I repeat this is E-1, it seems everyone that is coming is arriving," there was a few moments of silence before suddenly a huge crackling came over the radio. It was Haruhi. "Great, then you and Kyon can greet them and take the limousine to the main office." "Copy that, Ultra Detective High Chancellor Supreme Commander Suzumiya Haruhi-sama," Itsuki paused for a moment before speaking once more, "However....I may have to question you on this. There are about 4 groups of delegates with their own personnel with them, as the intelligence reports on your desk have said, but...." Itsuki took a deep breath, eying Kyon for a moment before speaking once more, as if giving a silent message, "How are we going to hold meetings for all 4 of them."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Haruhi sat indian style in her chair, balancing a pen between her upper lip and and nose before taking it and placing it down onto the desk, "Invite them all to the BROUDSH Room!" And with that Itsuki came on the radio again, "Understood, Suzumiya Haruhi-sama."

-----------------------------------------------------------

Kyon looked over as Itsuki slid the radio back onto his belt, "So whats going to happen?" Itsuki smiled, "It seems she'll be meeting them all at once in the BROUDSH Room." Kyon gave a pained sigh. The acronym stood for 'The Board Room of Ultra Detective Suzumiya Haruhi, which was actually the forming dining hall of a large hotel, newly renovated to be used as the headquarters of the SOS Dan's government. 'Leave it up to Haruhi to have created an idea like that' Kyon brushed his hair out of his eyes. "The first delegates are off the plane....shall we meet them?" Itsuki asked, motioning for Kyon to take the lead, "Alright...alright," Kyon stubbornly said as they would most likely be approached first by Foreign Minister Gromkyo and the representatives of The Empire of ShogunKhan.

-------------------------------------------------------

In the middle of the room that Kyon had stood in hours before, Yuki Nagato spun around a computer terminal, typing at various screens before all 4 delegates appeared on screen, as well as printed data of the history of each of their nations. It was true that compared to other countries, their technology in most ways was inferior. However, Yuki Nagato controlled and monitored the security of the nation from behind the curtains, her face lacking any human emotion. Her eyes cool...inquisitive, and silent.

-----------------------------------------------------

The other delegate's aircraft still in air would be contacted after several moments, the Command Tower uttering out the words to each of them, "Copy that, Permission granted."

The Gagarin Shuttle landed in the proper coordinates. Hovering over them for a slight moment, the shuttle then made a VTOL landing. The struts of the Gagarin II then extended, as the shuttle made a soft thump against the ground as it landed. The door of the Gagarin, mounted on the side, opened up, and a small series of steps unfolded.

Then, Carla Baileygates (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v630/Senor_Nb3/jackie_kennedy.jpg)walked out of the shuttle, wearing a simple suit and a knee length skirt. Flanked by two bodyguards in Red Army dress uniforms with Gauss Rifles shouldered, she walked onto the tarmac and approached the representatives of the SOS-dan (if they were there, OOC. If not, assume she goes into the Hall).

Itsuki stopped Kyon for a moment as they were headed out to greet the delegates. Placing a hand on his shoulder, Kyon looked up at him, "What is it now....and you don't like right with that expression on your face." Itsuki shook his head as he let go, "It's not that....and we may not have to worry about it...but as you know there are multiple delegates that we know only the tip of the iceberg about...some even less than that." Kyon raised an eye brow, "Not even Yuki can handle that?" Itsuki shook his head, "The level of encryption is slightly, if not far more advance than that of our country. Maybe even in the Zettabyte range, or so I am told." Kyon placed his hands in his pocket, 'so there were even stuff that not even Yuki Nagato could crack into in a split second, "So what does this mea----wait..." Itsuki nodded, "Exactly...we know nothing about these individuals, their true agenda, and even if they are on friendly terms with one another. That is why I questioned Haruhi on what we would do with them...and I was afraid of what she would say." Kyon chuckled, "That is Haruhi alright...always trying to get everything done at once....so basically...it's like a game of cards...without knowing even your own hand." Itsuki turned to Kyon, "Not really...more like a game of poker but with a loaded revolver, go ahead, I'm right behind you." Kyon gave a gulp as they exitted out toward the arriving delegates, Kyon even more jumbled than before.

I sent in two groups of delegates, one arrived pseudo-incognito on a civilian transport on coach seats... awaiting something? (delegate style}sorta like martial art jedis?!?). The other group arrived in military aircrafts showing off their flight skills, and each aircraft has a case of wine as gifts (with extra cases for the Red Tide2 delegation).

For the first group, potential for a backstory to develop as they may be approached by a dissident group from within the nation who also wishes to contact the exterior world for whatever reasons? backstory can be ignored and both groups of delegates fuse into one.

For the second group, the fact that fighter pilots happen to also be diplomatic delegates may be seen as "extraordinary", in "real world", one specializes in one career... in this fantasy/future rp I am giving the diplomats the gift of mastering several skills, very well (if mystical powers and future tech are available then you could see them as similar to jedi, although they may not have brought high tech gear)....

Some other players may wish to be specialized in high tech, or whatever. I'm going for the highly skilled schtick with the capability to learn very quickly any new skill.

Dont know if this clarifies things?

Carla and her party walked up to the one known as "Kyon." As he seemed to be taking everybdy in all at once, Carla and her two bodyguards simply stood next to the delegates from Red Tide. Her bodyguards then saluted, as Carla proceeded to bow and extend her hand to Kyon and Itsuki, waiting for Gromyko to finish first. With that, she said, politely, "Good day. A hooded man slowly walked through the crowd, toward the delegates that had just came off the civilian aircraft. Situations like these were why Carla was a trained diplomat. She found herself somewhat unnerved by Itsuki's gaze, which seemed to be rather suspicious of its surroundings. She also found herself somewhat surprised at Kyon's title--"the Secretary of Normalities?" That was an interesting job--what kind of Ultra Detective High Chancellor was Carla going to be dealing with, anyway? Then again, in the old days before they went to space, the Dornalians had to deal with some odd characters. Try dealing with a clan of angry catgirls.

Naturally, Carla didn't show it, as she simply kept calm and smiled back at Itsuki and Kyon, nodding and acknowledging their messages. Carla then replied, "It is an honor to meet you both, Mr. Kyon and Mr. Koizumi. Tell me, where are we going to meet your leader? I have much to discuss with her."

"Yes," Gromkyo politely cut in, "We have much to discuss."

"But first, we would like to share with you all some of our wine that we brought from one of neighboring countries, exquisite flavor." said the leading diplomat dressed in a fighter pilot's uniform. "A toast; may our new beginnings herald wonderful times for us all!"

Each of the official delegates from ShogunKhan waited patiently as servants were bringing in glasses of wine to everyone attending. One of ShogunKhan's delegates was also helping the servants to make it quicker, it was amusing to see a decorated pilot's uniform running with the servants to pass out the drinks.

A hooded man slowly walked through the crowd, toward the delegates that had just came off the civilian aircraft. Bumping into them, the figure bowed as if apologizing before saying, "There is something wrong with this country....terribly wrong." The figure stood back up erect before walking around the corner, looking back for a moment if motioning for them.

"Well this seems to be the person we should be speaking to, let us follow him" said Sufi Sensei to the rest of his group dressed in traditional Wawi garb. They all followed this stranger in a casual manner so as to not grab attention. When they rounded the corner, in the blink of an eye, each of their clothing matched the typical dress of the locals. "Please lead the way, sir" said Beltsash Greenhorn, "and as you can see, we go without attracting attention." The unofficial delegates waited for the stranger to continue.

"Yes, that would be lovely," Itsuki said before Kyon could even open his mouth. His eyes were on the wine glasses. He knew that it would be silly to poison them just when they arrived. "Kyon....how about you propose us a toast," Itsuki continued.

'What, am I then the guinea pig or something,' Kyon thought as he eyed Itsuki. Assuming the wine and glasses were passed out, he would cough before speaking, "For.....a good...declaration of peace." It was the only thing he could come up with before drinking, Itsuki waiting a few seconds before taking a sip as well. He was being over analytical, but that was what his job was about.

"If you would be so kind to follow us to the vehicles that are awaiting you," Itsuki motioned as if for them to follow him, "I hope they are as comfortable for you as in your homeland, please." Itsuki took the lead with Kyon downing the rest of his glass and following suit. If there were any large amounts of luggage, the airport personnel would help carry them unless the delegates had their own.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

The hooded figure walked for a while before he found a secluded area. It was apparent that he had knowledge of the area. "It isn't quite safe to talk out in the open, especially with who they have overlooking the surveillance of the country. I should introduce myself."

"You may call me.....Sagittarius...that should be enough for now," Sagittarius said, "It would be ill advised for me to let my real name out, for our organization's plans would be compromised and my cover blown. We also need to earn one another's trust. As you can see...something is terribly wrong with this country...if you could ever call it a country." Leaning against the wall he continued, "It seems like the wheel of fate favors Suzumiya Haruhi....even in high sch---- I'm saying too much...now lets get to the point. Your country must have some interest in this one....whether only to ally with it....or for something much more important. I can give you that....all I want is for Suzumiya Haruhi's reign of blackma---I mean terror to end....and my organization is willing to use all of its resources in order to bring this about."

Carla nodded, and drank to Kyon's slightly awkward toast. The wine was good, at least. But then again, she got the impression Kyon wasn't comfortable with his job.

Nodding to Itsuki's request, Carla proceeded to follow him to the waiting autos. They would no doubt be pretty comfy; Dornalian limousine technology may have had microfusion fuel cells but it otherwise maintained an eerily modern sense of comfort and style. And besides, Carla was willing to see what her hosts had to offer.

ShogunKhan's official delegates followed the others towards the vehicles, being quite impressed and pleased at the sensual pleasures of this high technology. They had tried to show an extra amount of respect for the Red Tide2 delegation by offering them a case of the wine that was brought, but for the moment they were ignored.

"Sir, will they accept our gift?" asked one of the uniformed delegate to the other.

"When we all sit down and we all show our honorable intentions with this new nation, then perhaps all the delegates may show us some benevolence as well. Remember, we are here to offer friendships to the new nation and to the other delegates who have arrived." answered the decorated delegate.

The hooded figure walked for a while before he found a secluded area. It was apparent that he had knowledge of the area. "It isn't quite safe to talk out in the open, especially with who they have overlooking the surveillance of the country. I should introduce myself."

"We would like to know more about your predicament before we make any comments. We understand that you feel great fear, and we want to see what justifies your fear." cautiously asserted Beltsash Greenhorn.

Sufi Sensei just observed the stranger's mannerisms as the rest of the delegates were keeping a keen watch of the surroundings while looking like they were completely unaware of their own nose. Anyone would have assumed that this group was the most un-alert group of people in the universe and yet each of the delegate could perceive the change of heartbeat of a mouse scurrying along and spotting a cat or know that a bird had started to watch them out of curiosity and then get bored and look elsewhere. These were Wawis, Warriors of Wisdom, and they never took anything for granted and were always ready and eager for battle; any battle, including the battle of patience, which they won most of the time.

"Some people would say that the country is improving. The efficiency of the police is up dramatically, and almost no crime happens, especially amongst the youths of the nation. But the fact is, the leader of the country is a eccentric lunatic who believes in UFOs, psychics, and people that can bend space and time, and we all know those don't exist," Sagittarius said, though it seemed he wasn't in the "know". Taking a few moments he continued, "Most of the funds in this country are going towards either defense or the possibility of meeting extra terrestrials and trying to recreate this "fake" world into her own image. She's a corrupt dictator who's charisma knows no end. I mean, look at the people she has under her command." He leaned back against the wall, shoving his hands into his pockets as he looked around for a few seconds, "She's turned this country upside down.....that's for sure."

As Kyon and Itsuki approached the stretch limousines that resembled extended length jeeps, they both let loose a sneeze before looking at one another. Kyon looked back towards the delegates as they followed them, and he would open the doors and help them within side. There were several undercover police cars in the viscinity...whether they were police or agents from the SOS Dan government assigned to protect the apparent motorcade, was unknown.

"I hope that this will suit all of you, as I have made the preparations for comfort and security myself," Itsuki said with a smile before waiting for the others to get in and for their luggage to be packed. Kyon felt that Itsuki had the situation well under control, and was doing his job better than Kyon was doing his own. Kyon felt more like a beloved doll to Haruhi than anything else.

------------------------------------------------------------

Mikuru rubbed her nose as she finished making the preparations at the table, startled back as Haruhi entered the room. "So everything is already then, Mikuru-chan," She asked, looking at the table with a satisfactory smile.

"Y-y-yes Suzumiya-s-s-sama," She gave a sharp bow before quickly picking herself back up. Whether she seemed like she feared for her life, or was just like this all the time.

"Excellent....now all we need to do is wait for our guests...and the revitalization of the world can begin," Haruhi let out a grin, her fists against her sides as she looked forward to the coming morrow...and what was laid forth after it.

The ShogunKhan official delegates in pilot's uniforms entered the vehicles. "When do we ask them how they got the name of their country?" asked the youngest delegate. To which was answered by smiles by all the others and the decorated delegate answered, "patience, all in good time. First we hear their story, then we ask how we can assist, afterwards we ask questions... and then we negotiate." The young one contemplated the meeting to come and all the other delegates from other nations who answered the call. He was wondering what would happen next.

Carla and her two bodyguards got onboard the limos, sliding in and making themselves comfortable. Carla liked the way these guys did things. Though from an obstensibly Socialist nation, in reality it had long since adopted the creature comforts freemarketeering could offer, with considerable success. Besides, as a diplomat, she was used to being treated well. As the Dornalians traveled light, there wouldn't be much luggage for the SOS-Dan's handlers to pack up, just a suitcase of necessities and Carla's briefcase, which she elected to carry with her into the auto.

"I personally don't want anything....only the resources in order to take down this faux government and the lunatic that's in control of it. I wish for the country to return to it's earlier times....as a parliamentary democratic nation. I have no greed in my heart, only hatred for Suzumiya Haruhi and all that's shes done to me---no, the whole nation, and soon plans to do with the world," Sagittarius seemed agitated every time he mentioned Suzumiya Haruhi's name...and it was obvious it was more than good will that fueled his actions.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Itsuki held the radio to his lips, "This is E-1, are preparations in order, over" He said as Kyon glanced at him before looking out the window as the motorcade had been underway and they would be at their destination soon. A crackle came over the radio in respond to Itsuki, "This is E-2, preparations are in order, please begin, over." Itsuki gave a sigh of relief before placing the radio up to his mouth again, "This is E-1 to all drivers, you may now continue to the actual destination."

"So there were other factions out there," Kyon whispered to Itsuki as the driver made a turn with the rest, heading toward the "capitol building."

"Yes...many that wish to try to aid us, however radical they are...and others that do not like how Suzumiya-sama took reign of the country. It's been proven in history many times, and in delicate times like these we have to have absolute control of the situation for our and their safety...ah, we're finally arriving," Itsuki said as the limosines begin to loop around the capitol building which was once a formal hotel. Stepping out of the car, he spoke to the radio again before dozens of maids and butlers came out followed by a familiar face in a maid outfit with a radio in her hand.

"Now everyone, be careful of their luggage, and b-b-be courteous," Mikuru said with a nervous smile as the delegates would then be helped out of their cars. From a Secretary of Normalities, to a Head of the National Security and Police Force, to apparently the Head of Housekeeping, it seemed that Suzumiya Haruhi's closest subordinates had a wide range of roles, some understandable, but others bizarre.

And another loomed in the shadows, several computer screens surrounding her, showing several locations, as well as the delegates as they made their way out of the cars.

((OOC:: Several people that have participated so far haven't made a post in a few days. If they continue rping then we could basically say that the other delegates have been brought along as well, so that no one is left out. Also if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask me. Carla got out of the automobile with her briefcase, her bodyguards exiting first and taking custody of their luggage. As she exited the auto, Carla noticed the woman in the French maid outfit, looking very nervous and almost blubbering as she reminded them to be courteous and mind their luggage. This "Ultra Detective" was something indeed....

Carla noted the Capitol's former job, it's hotel-like structure giving itself away. "Hmm....why I do I sense Ultra Detective Suzumiya owes her power to a coup? Nah, that must be my history classes working; but then again, I've seen too many depictions of Revolutionaries doing things in otherwise innocuous yet requisitioned buildings not to think that. Ah well."

She walked into the Capitol, bowing to the Maid as she made her entrance.

Gromkyo got out of the car and went into the hotel... ignoring the nervous young women in the maid outfit, assuming her to be a functionary. Mikuru did seem nervous, but at the glare she only gave another nervous little smile. She may have only just been shy or that the only one true person she feared was already inside.

"I assume the preparations are in order and she wants to meet them right away?" Itsuki asked as he walked up and whispered in Mikuru's ear. With a simple nod, Itsuki gave her a smile and a pat on the back. "Okay, everyone, if you would please follow me into the BROUDSH Room, Ultra Detective Suzumiya Haruhi-sama would like to get this historical meeting started right away." Itsuki motioned to the doors, Kyon walking beside him as Mikuru continued to give the maids and butlers to help any of the delegates that needed anything, her eyes flashing over Kyon for a moment....as if wishing him luck.

As everyone would assemble into the room, they would notice that empty cups had been assembled with small decorative plates with the SOS Dan emblem upon them, and tea spoons. As they would sit down, silence would take over the room until the footsteps of a person would echo in as they entered from an adjacent door way. Wearing a blue suit similar to a military uniform with a patch on the right hand side reading in kanji, "Ultra Detective," Suzumiya Haruhi approached the table with her eyes reflecting in the room's light. She gave a large smile as she motioned to the table, "I'm very thankful for you taking your time and patience to come here and hope you enjoy your stay. Mikuru, prepare the tea," Haruhi said.

Coming in from another doorway, she brought in a steaming pot of tea, pouring it elegantly into every cup before looking at Haruhi, who only gave her a simple nod. Haruhi, taking a cup in hand, "So I propose a toast, for this meeting... a one of many, to go off without a hitch, kompai!" She raised her cup and drank it first. This had several meanings, but the most important one was all the tea came from the same pot...so why drink it if it was poison?

Haruhi slowly sat down into her chair as she brought her hands up onto the table, looking at every face, some of them bewildered or possibly expecting some other rash behavior before speaking, "SO LETS GET THIS MEETING COMMENCED!!!!" a grin from cheek to cheek.
