OOC: Yes, this is yet another Alliance thread. Unlike other ones though, there are no IC demands as to who may or may not join. As long as you can RP properly feel free to join.
Dyelli Beybi had always been a state that provoked other states; it tended to break rules when others weren't looking too closely. Unlike many others though, it had weathered the storm becoming something of a power to be reckoned with... at least people would usually pause before attacking the sprawling State.
However as meddlesome as the Dyellian politicians were, they prefered to work through intermediaries. Throughout the world, Dyellian Diplomats were making comments, none official, that Dyelli Beybi was looking to form some form of 'Grand Coalition'. The idea was basically that Dyelli Beybi might Act as a big brother to small Nations seeking to 'make their presense known' Internationally...
Dyelli Beybi would give outcheap weapons as well as always being there to defend the rest of the Coalition. In return, Dyelli Beybi would get trade concessions, exclusive arms contracts and the like. In other words, Dyelli Beybi would make money, while making sure friendly militaries were always well stocked, trained and the like.
