International Automotive Manufacturers’ Alliance (IAMA)

Within the world of today, while research and technology becomes ever more expensive, VLT Automotive Group N.V., Ando-Trephin Motors and Psychosis Motorsports have taken the initiative to the IAMA or International Automotive Manufacturers’ Alliance. This alliance of automobile brands not only focuses on saving money, but is also dedicated to protecting each brands’ heritage and distinctive features, which become ever more stressed in these times, where the bank account always wins of the passion and heart that automobile manufacturers have for their cars. The IAMA wants to dedicate itself to protecting the interests of brands that still have an obvious brand heritage, and that want to protect this.

IAMA achieves it’s objectives by sharing money and investments, instead of technology. Even though technology may be exchanged within IAMA, our main goal is to let brands develop their own technology, within bounds of their own heritage. This preserves the member brands’ distinctive features.

IAMA is governed by several chief officers, which form the Chief Officers Board (COB). This Board has it’s seat in Luxembourg, Van Luxemburg, on the Boulevard Henry Courtemanche (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/17/Hotel_Ritz_Paris.jpg/797px-Hotel_Ritz_Paris.jpg). The COB makes decisions on allocating investments and money, as well as having the final word on allowing new members to the alliance. IAMA requires an investment of 1% of the company’s profit. If the current results of the applying company are negative, but is accepted into IAMA, the alliance will compensate for the money loss of the brand by funding it up to 200% of the cost of developing a new automobile ($800 million USD, 400 million a piece).

Current COB members:
(Company-Person-Position)
VLT Automotive Group N.V. – H.R.H. Grand Duke Koen van Luxemburg – Chief Officer for Heritage and Design
Ando-Trephin Motors – Jack Ando – Chief Officer for Marketing and Production
RFAST – Chief Officer for Technology

Current IAMA Members
(Company – Contribution to the IAMA)

VLT Automotive Group N.V. – 300 billion USD
AIAL* – 1 billion USD
Ando-Trephin Motors - $300 billion USD
RFAST – $350 million USD
Saudar Automotive - $7,094,945,000 USD

(* = AIAL (Association of Independent Automobile Brands Van Luxemburg) consists of Courtemanche (Luxury vehicles), Barrett (handcrafted sports/racing cars), Eisemann (luxury (sports)cars) and several other independent manufacturers)

Dear Chief Officer's Board,

I hope I do not seem old-fashioned by writing to you with actual ink and paper, for that is not the image I wish to present. If anything Executive Motors is as far from the ink and paper ways of old as anybody in the automobile industry.

In my company's resurrection of recent years, we began opening to the international market. In doing so, your organization was brought to my attention, though I did not act sooner. However, now that we are fully committed to selling our products to the world and establishing market and manufacturing bases (if need be) elsewhere, I thought it prudent to join the world's communities. In reviewing IAMI's mission statement, I found it quite pleasing, for I do not wish to unwillingly influence and other designer or he to me. Instead, we seek to join this alliance for the security of our company's future in designing our line of vehicles. You see, we are not a large company, but rather a luxurious one. We build for the highbrowed and deep-pocketed. In expanding to the international stage, we risk much - not without great payoff, I assure you, but should we fail to straighten our accounts in the early years, it may prove difficult to secure funding for new designs.

Information and our line of vehicles can be found at the following site:

Here at Pyrford we pride ourselves on making reliable vehicles for all puposes, be they a cheap run about, or a deluxe, luxury sedan.
We would like to join the IAMA to help us get on the world stage, selling our products directly to foreign countries, at present we sell directly in 1 nation, imported_ViZion, but we would like to expand.
We have recently come out of a 60yr 'black period' under a dictatorship, during that time we only made small cheap, and quite frankly, crap cars. Since the coup, we have regenerated ourselves, and now make futuristic designed cars, many designed in secrecy years ago.
distinctive features: futuristic looking cars, (except our current pick-up)
please view our range: Range (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=557233)
Our most successful motor since being regenerated is the Pyrford Coupe, an electric car capable of 40mph and a range of 200 miles.
As we are highly profitable in our home country, although government owned, we can offer a high percentage of profit to the organisation, which can be used however seen fit. Last year we made a profit of US$400 million, of which 80% went back to the government, and the remaining 20% went to charities around the globe. The government, following sudden profit rises everywhere, can split the money up like this: 40% IAMA, 40% Government, 20% Charities, and remain even.
Following last years profit, we could give US$160 million to the alliance.
All we ask in return is to set up shops in other member nations, and help setting up shops in other nations.

To whom it may concern,

I, on behalf at Andro-Sendrik Motor Engineering of Antigr, wish to apply for membership of this grand alliance of Motoring Corporations.
Andro-Sendrik is the government-backed engineering company, containing the companies of McCraw Motoring, Sergey-Roksholm Armament Systems, Westren Engineering, and Royal Civil Union Automotive.
Each of these manufacturers has it's own unique range of quality vehicles and we, as a whole, would very much treasure the experience of allied vehicle companies.
In review of your aims and mission statement, and of the advantages you can offer us and we can offer you, I would be honored to be a member of this grand scheme among fellow manufacturers to the common goal.

Our company goes back to 1928, under the partnership of Krister Sendrik in the city of Androv, where they made the long-lived and legendary Sendrik Three, his first commercial success. Since then, the company has expanded vastly and rapidly into defence, maritime, aeronautical, as well as land-based motoring interests and in the 1940-1991 period acquired the other four companies that make up part of Andro-Sendrik's bulk.

Krister died in 1989, and passed the business on to me, where I have followed his will and continued the expanse of the company. Today, we and the four have their own exclusive range of vehicles to offer the world and the promise of a donation of $13,340,700,000.00 in Universal Standard Dollars.

TO: Glomo Corporation, Liberela

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

We are deeply sorry that we will have to send this message, but your application has been denied. We feel that there is a difference in mission statements and development goals: IAMA focuses on the identity of the brands that are in the alliance, and will encourage them to develop their own, unique technologies. This means that technology sharing is not our prime target, a thing that does seem to be among Glomo's goals. This, combined with the no-funding policy of your company, makes that other IAMA members will be funding Glomo projects without having to count on them when in dire need of funds, since your corporation does not participate in the donations programme.

These reasons have made us decide to not allow Glomo Corporation, simply because our goals do not match.

This is simply a protest and the idea is different, as it encompasses technology and production co-operation as aims as well. We feel sorry that you missed the oppurtunity to co-operate on tech development. We will hire Liberelas state lawyers as this is NOT copy right infringement as this is IAMU. Glomo will continue to fight this case. Again we invite all IAMA members to join. We also beleive in using green tech within our brands without affecting character. In short we won't produce grey characterless econoboxes.

We will look forward to seeing you in court to be recognised by your country. Liberela, Socialists for people, Brum Brum, Corpies, Everyting, Joo Joo and the Freedom Republic will recognise IAMU as an official organisation!
