Charter

Preamble

The formation of this alliance will ensure that all nations who believe in Capitalism, Imperialism, Tyranny and/or Authoritarianism can stick together for world conquest and divide the spoils amongst all who help. This will allow peace and co-operation among nations who want more territory.

§1 Military Obligations

Article One

Any member of the CApitalist, Powerful Imperialist, Tyrannical and Authoritarian League of Independant Sovereign Territories, hereby refered to as CAPITALIST, is obligated to send any form of aid when another memeber of CAPITALIST is invaded

Subsection 1

Should civil war break out in any member state, other member states are obliged to support the legitimate government.

Article Two

They are also obligated to send any form of aid to an invasion of another territory by a member of CAPITALIST

Subsection 1

Any form of aid is defined as military help or monetary assistance.

Article 3

There shall be no collective military force of the CAPITALIST. Military Installments maybe used by other members of CAPITALIST with permission from the owning member.

Article 4

No member will invade another member state

Subsection 1

Should such an event occur, the invading nation will be ejected from CAPITALIST

§2 Economic Obligations

Article 1

States are obligated to keep a capitalist or free market

Subsection 1

Areas of industry allowed to be controlled by government of member states of CAPITALIST:


Military
Law&Order
Healthcare
Education
Religion & Spirituality


Article 2

No member state will set trade barriers against products from other member states

Article 3

Tax rates on anything must be kept below 75%.

Article 4

Member States are to encourage economic growth.

§3 Other Obligations to Other Members

Article 1

Member States are to allow nationals of one member state to enter another with only an enter stamp and allow the exit of nationals of another member state with only an exit stamp.

Article 2

Member States are to recognize eachother's sovereignity

Article 3

Member States are not to condemn eachother's actions

Article 4

Member states are not to invade colonies of other member states

Right.

...I meant direct funds to commerce. I wasn't 100% sure what the commrece fund in my budget goes to. I'll be editing that out ASAP.

Well, the member states have the right to do what they will with their citizens. They have the right to do so. Why, does this bother you?

To CAPATALIST:
Because an alliance which openly condones any action undertaken by the its members with complete lack of morality or boundaries, undoubtedly proves a threat to the Imperium and to the world as a whole. In many societies, it is not the governments critique to "do what they will" as it is the citizens which own their government, not vice versa. Regarding basic human rights which your government may or may not acknowledge, they are the entitlement of every citizen, and not subject to the whims of the state. That is why this "bothers us".

OOC: Sorry, not meaning to keep hanging out in this thread but hey, it's a free bump at least. I was just going to say that I'm not sure the issues really work as they should, as I have chosen every environmental issue available to me yet I still seem to suffer from widespread deforestation... Of course it could just be me, but nevertheless It's very annoying.

OOC: Just a note, you might want to drop the stuff about the NS pages, a lot of nations (myself included) disregard them. For example, they distort things dramatically, and are hard to fix. Like NP, the enviromaniac of II, having a deforested nation. Personally, I answer the issues on NS how I actually feel about them, while I RP my II nation completly different.

The government of Skibereen does not currently seek membership in the CAPITALIST group.

However we recognize and acknowledge the spirit of this endeavor and will in the future give special consideration in trade matters to CAPITALIST member states.
