The Red Skull needs help in the war against the Tyrant Greal Government, we seek to end this Dictatorship government and replace it with a better one . Any help will be appreciated and repaid after we win this war. Any form of help will be fine, troops, weapons, food anything to help us win the war against the Tyrant government.

The whine of jet engines come across clearer. A pilot's squawking could be heard in the background.

"Don't try to fuck with me, I swear I've got enough snipers to take you down if you try to 'lose' that boat without the money. The airline tickets have already been purchased via a third party. I'll send you a text message that reads the URL to access it. You are reserved on a flight leaving in about 7 hours to Saharistan's main port. Get your boys on it and get moving. If you do this right and prompt, we'll have more ships that are just 'left behind'. And I might have a few Mirage Interceptors sitting around that I'd like to lose."

The man hung up and it was silent.

Also Leafanistan, I believe a defense pact is in order, or until this can get straightened up and a permanent Red Skull government put in place.

OOC: This is not Leafanistan's official involvement, and is actually a corporate venture by an interested party who is based in Saharistan. Its pretty easy to figure out if you think about it who is doing it. Of course this is all on Red Skull to answer me and actually pick it up and leave the money. Soon we'll start leaving ships full of interceptors, and SAMs around.

Greal isn't on I think, give him time to respond.

OOC: Basicly, a floating military base made out of ice and wood pulp. It was an idea during WW2, it actually was feasible then, but they just invested in more carriers instead
