A new age has begun for Ithsam. Under the new leadership of Emperor Saggo Ithsam has begun to flourish. As a result Ithsam immediately set to creating a strong army but unknown to Saggo the man in charge of military affairs had a deep hate for the natives of Ithsam known as Sarfons. When Saggo took leave for not but a few weeks to be with his dieing mother the corrupt advisor Retson took control of the country and locked Saggo in his mother’s home unknown to the people of Ithsam. He then launched an attack on Sarfons of staggering proportion this incurred the wrath of many nations as could be seen by the messages being sent to Ithsam. A loyal cousin and the military advisor to be Theld Gazroth freed Saggo and with Saggo free the attack was halted. After this Ithsam formed an alliance with Vitolia, Flaming Souls, Kansiov, and Voltumna. With these allies they got a taste of international affairs.
Now Ithsam is announcing itself in a less hostile way than the previous announcement of war.
Ithsam has always been a small nation but with the combination of economic advancement due to Saggo, military strengthening due to Theld, and the allies of Ithsam the cities and villages have begun to grow rapidly. To counter the growth Ithsam has begun to improve roads, houses, and border defense. With the increased population disease began to grow and to counter Saggo founded the National Health Board to make decisions about healthcare.
Though Ithsam has had much growth it still needs more to be ready for international affairs. We are especially low in raw materials but in trade we export highly in fuels. If it is of interest to any other country we are an animal loving people so our training of police and rescue dogs is one of our greatest prides. We do however train them for trade as well.
Such growth and improvement have lit the fire in the heart of Ithsam’s people who have begun to want more international involvement in Ithsam. So to increase international affairs Ithsam has begun production of an embassy (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=13248717#post13248717) which is now complete and ready for diplomats.
